"Could not recommend this place more! We will definitely be going back. The staff was phenomenal, when we arrived we were greeted by a concierge who took our bags inside/to our rooms and made us a mimosa while we filled out our check in details. We did the half board so we got a buffet breakfast and dinner each night that had so many options and were very delicious! "We stayed for 2 weeks using it as a base to visit museums in Heraklion and for visiting the south and east of the island. The hotel is in the centre of the city, ideal for sightseeing and restaurants, but in a very built up area. Parking is at a premium in this area, with cars parked absolutely everywhere around the hotel. The hotel has a great arrangement with a valet parking lot, literally across the street from them which worked perfectly for us. We stayed in a Business Room, Courtyard View...

"We spent a week here and went out everyday sightseeing and to different beaches, with lots of walks! Kamilari has a nice feeling about it, very friendly locals, some great Tavernas and a very well stocked supermarket. Not forgetting The Blues bar for cocktails! Vangelis and Tanya are really lovely people and the house was perfect Tanya even made me a birthday cake for my 60th!!"
