Home is fully equipped and is currently used by the owners as a vacation home. 30 minute drive from the Knoxville Airport Home has a Media Room with Pool/Ping Pong Table, Xbox, Playstation with Games, DVD Player with many movies to watch. 6 Flat Screen TV's throughout the house. Home office with computer, printer and Internet. Secluded area with a country feel but a 15 min. drive to town, shopping and dining. Dock fishing, swimming and sunbathing on property !!! Property is located an hour and 15 min. from the Smoky Mountains offering Zip Lining, Hiking, White Water Rafting and Sightseeing in Pidgeon Forge, Sevierville, Gatlinburg and surrounding areas in the Mountains. The property was just as described. Plenty of space, comfortable seating in various places. We particularly enjoyed the screened porch, the home theater and pool table. The setting and neighborhood was great.

House was clean and everything you needed was there. We went to attend a funeral. Next time I will go on vacation there, Full of wildlife and very quiet. Recommend giving it a try.

Loved Staying Here!!
We absolutely loved staying here! We enjoyed relaxing on the screened in deck and the beautiful view of the lake from the front porch. The owner was so attentive and checked in with us to make sure we were happy. We saw so many deer! It was so peaceful. We enjoyed the lake, played pool and just had a wonderful time. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Hosts are very attentive, home is beautiful as are the surroundings. The deer are a treat for us, we don't have beautiful wild animals roaming in our yard, so was great to see the baby deer and mamas. No issues here, would stay again without hesitation.

The house was very well stocked and maintained. Bill checked in on us to ensure everything was to our liking. The kids had a great time playing ping pong and enjoying the amenities downstairs. We’ve rented many homes for family vacations and this one by far has been the best.

Great for a long weekend getaway
Lovely home. Plenty of room for 6 adults, although most of us found the mattresses softer than our liking. Well equipped kitchen and relaxing screened in porch. Enjoyed watching Mom and 2 younger deer graze in backyard during the evenings. Didn't stay long enough to make use of the media room, as we had events to attend, but look forward to future opportunities.

Perfect getaway
Great property in a secluded spot but not far from town. The house is well kept with lots of amenities. We loved hanging out on the screened it back porch and looking at the trees and wildlife. The view from the dock is great. This is a great place for a family get together or for anyone just looking for some solitude. Also, Bill was extremely attentive and responsive. It’s a place we would like to come back to stay.

Our family loved the property. The lake is close and the scenery was beautiful. The neighborhood was full of wildlife! We saw 10-12 deer every single day. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and provides great privacy! Bill was an excellent host and communicated extremely well! Our family would 100% stay here again!
