"The Romerhof hotel is actuelly a wing of the Tenerhof hotel, only rooms/restaurant located 50 meter apart from the main hotel facilities, but... the hotel was very very nice, starting from the welcoming, on to the perfect service from all the stuff (especially the shuttel driver (with the glasses) which was so friendly and helpful. "Vera is a great host, nothing is too hard for them and they even answered my Whatsapp messages on Sunday (their rest day). I'm so thankful to have found this place. The property has very strong vinegary smell in the kitchen/living area, so strong that we tried to avoid the kitchen as much as we can. The property is so hot, we turned off all the radiators and still very hot overnight, not sure where the heat is coming from but we were there in Feb, minus 10 degree C overnight and we were hot....

"Was fine overall but it could be better if they take care of few things such as the number of staff at the reception, most of the time only one staff, also room doors luck was removed . The laundry room is available only the time the reception staff are available, 8 to 8.
