"the front desk closes at 7pm and they charge you 25 euro to call them if it's a non-emergency. we didn't have any sheets on one of the beds so there was nothing we could do. rooms are very basic and dated"

"Swimming pool - patio slabs around it loose & unstable. Unsuitable for children. Drainage issues with all sinks on 1st floor of property. Shower head needs cleaning - high degree of limescale. Bath taps unstable & inoperable Freezer ice maker & cold water appliance not working"
