"property was very easy to access and had a great view of the river and downtown, quiet neighborhood, a little road noise at rush hour but good at night, rooms are big and very clean, very nicely appointed, everything worked as advertised, prop mgr was prompt to answer all questions nice place"

"The property is new and the rooms still have that new room smell - lovely! The area around the hotel is being developed. This hotel has limited office hours and appears to have mostly long-term guests. The family that runs the hotel are very kind. Some suggestions: add some kind of towel bar and hooks in the bathroom and the wash cloths could be a better quality - one they get wet, they almost disintegrate."
