Location was perfect and all of us ages 5 through 71 enjoyed the peaceful weekend we all needed. We could not have asked for a more beautiful house and location. "This house is very nice and it's easy to find. You can hear the Rt 40 traffic when outside but it's not horrible. Loved that we could park in the garage since it did snow/rain the time we were there. The ping pong table is in the garage. There is room in the basement game room so not sure why it's not there so it can be used year round. There are many other games provided which is nice. There is only 1 bedroom with a TV so keep that in mind. There is an ice maker in the kitchen which is...

"This property was awesome. The location was great and the space and charm was very nice. We were only disappointed that only one bedroom had a TV. Please add Roku TVs to all rooms before our next visit. Also the downstairs tub drained really slow. We loved the sectional in the living room. Beds were very comfortable. It would be great if the deck to the hot tub reached the back door. We are already planning a summer trip back. Such a great place!"

It was a beautiful location for an outdoor wedding and the large deck handled the dinner nicely. Plenty of room and beautiful surroundings. "My family loved the history and charm of Victorian Orchard. We we so pleasantly surprised that the house was decorated for the holidays complete with a decorated tree and Christmas music playing! We even had a white Christmas as it snowed the first few days we were there. We had plenty of room for all the family who planned to stay. We hiked, visited Ft. Necessity and Braddocks grave, Kentuck Knob, Cucumber Falls and other beautiful vistas in Ohiopyle. Was a perfect Christmas! "
