"Saw the photos and thought it seemed like a nice little overnight stay for a day trip to Sequoia National Park, after our evening at the Fresno PBR event. We decided to go to the cabin prior to the event. The drive to Fresno was a little long. So was not ideal for that leg of our trip. The cabin itself was great; rustic and comfy. "I can honestly say I've never stayed in a cabin without a restroom or electricity and I heated it with the wood they provided which was very funlight were propane lights, lit with a match. However the drive up and down the Mt. Was at the least, not for the faint of heart...very rough on my car."

"Just what we needed! Silent, cozy, rustic hideaway, just 20 min's from Kings Canyon/Sequoia. Took gorgeous hikes each day, warmed up by the fire at night. Kitchen had everything we needed, and Li and Tali were always available, friendly, and generous with information and helpful tips. Thank you :) "

"We only spent one night and was able to enjoy the grants Grove of the Kings Canyon National park. Concerns that we had: 1. A Beautiful grill was provided, but The propane was empty. The closest propane is 25 miles away. 2. There are no smoke detectors in the unit. Due to the fact that there is an unvented gas heater as well as the water heater in side the cabin… Smoke detectors as well as a carbon monoxide detector should be, and pretty sure legally mandatory. This should be given immediate...

They were very helpful with details about the location and what spots to try out. My husband and two kids cannot wait to come back! "

"This little house is perfect in every level you can think of. Everything you can ask for is in this house. We needed nothing but our food. Swimming pool area was absolutely amazing. We will be coming more often to complete the hikes at the Sequoia National Park. This is the place im aiming for every time. Thank You for the use of your rental. "Decided to base our visits to Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Parks from the fantastically located and charming property. Best decision ever. The cabin is extremely clean, well appointed and comfortable - and the bit of quirkiness adds to a great experience (although the shower is indeed narrow! There is no hallway to the 2nd bedroom so its either an outside exit or a walk through of the other bedroom). The internet was fast and reliable. The driveway to the cabin is demarked by a small sign...

"Stayed during the winter season. Was easy to find and get in using the provided instructions. The cabin has all the modern amenities pictured and promised, but also maintains a very cozy and down-to-earth feel. Found everything we needed in the kitchen, and enjoyed the ambiance of having a fire in the wood stove although it isn’t necessary for keeping the place warm. Enjoyed our time and definitely would stay again."
