"Helpful host who adjoins the property so any issues easily resolved as they are on hand. Was very hot when we stayed and although fans provided it made sleeping in the mezzanine very warm. The pool was a welcome relief and kept spotlessly clean by the host who shut it down each evening and cleaned each day. Lovely welcome ‘basket!’ of wine, bread, pizza etc. great location to visit Saint Emilion, Bergerac etc and lots of fabulous markers. Would stay again"

"A fabulous little property which is perfect for a couple. The location is private from the house and very well equipped, the salt water pool is lovely. "Just returned from 10 days at this property. Quite easily the best accommodation we have stayed at in France. Frank is a fantastic host and very accommodating. Communication and check in was simple. The house and pool are absolutely impeccable. Designed and renovated to an extremely high standard. Everything was spotless on arrival and had everything you could possibly need. I really can’t recommend this highly enough. Hoping to return very soon."

"Très belle maison, avec de beaux volumes, parfait pour les amoureux de la campagne ! Nous étions 2 adultes, 5 enfants et 1 chien, 1 semaine en août. La maison conserve bien la fraicheur, et les différentes expositions au soleil permettent d'en profiter toute la journée. Le terrain est très grand, les enfants se sont régalés à observer les chevreuils, voir les poules, et construire des cabanes dans le bois. Jessy est un hôte très prévenant, à l'écoute et très arrangeant. La région est magnifique....

"This was a lovely old house from another era, an adorable private garden and situated at the quiet end of a lovely village. Could use some renovation and a more modern kitchen, if you were going to stay longer than a few days, but was fine for our short stay. Mr. Tixier was available just around the corner and by phone at a moment's notice which we really appreciated. He was responsive and nice--the things you need when travelling, as we were, in another country :) "
