"We had a wonderful time at Villa Langka. The location was excellent with friendly staff that solved any problems quickly There were multiple spaces to cater for 2 families or 4 couples. It was nestled at the end of a lane way which made it quiet but still close enough to walk for daily massages and restaurants. Gojek was our friend for transport and food. The large pool was well utilised by all in our group. "

"What a fantastic property. The best vacation home we have ever stayed at, across many we have used in various parts of the world. First, the home is just beautiful. The views are great. "Our accommodation was cancelled at our check in time. We had booked 6 months our and when we we're trying to confirm check in, they cancelled it and issued a refund. They wouldn't offer other accommodation as it's 24 houra out. This caused our family extreme distress and cost us financial burden. A letter of our grievance and disappointment will be following and contact with the ACCC"

"When we arrived we weren't sure about Chai T. House, but it has exceeded expectations. Chai T house is a little dated, and the open house and use of wood makes it a bit damp. The kids missed a place to unwind with some screen time. The house does have a tv, but it wasnt working. Always pestering me asking me to give him a copy of my passport (which I already did) and give him a copy of my visa and questioning me like he was suspicious or something. It’s some way north of Jl Raya Canggu and you’ll need to leave at least 25-30 minutes to get to the beaches of Canggu by scooter (essential) given the normal S Bali traffic. "Lembongan Sanctuary Villas was a fabulous property. The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. Very friendly and welcoming. They helped us with scooter hire and a few other things on our stay. The room we had was absolutely amazing although our view was particially obstructed as another hotel had built a ridiculous roof right infront of ocean view the staff were so apologetic and it wasnt even their fault. "Great resort for those with kids. Kids club and pools are staffed by friendly people who genuinely love interacting with the kids. Only downside is the distance from the beach - although only a 10-15min walk by adults, it’s challenging to walk with small kids on the busy roads which are shared by cars, scooters, motorcycles and pedestrians. "I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, and the friendly service staff made the experience even better. The décor was eclectic, with plenty of eye-catching details that added to the charm of the place. There was always something interesting to admire. The rooms were spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment, and I especially enjoyed the free tangerines. It was also interesting that they provided a pillow menu, allowing guests to choose the perfect pillow for a good night’s sleep. I also appreciated the abundance of comfortable seating around the hotel lobby, perfect for resting or reading a book. I was particularly looking forward to the free activities, but unfortunately, I wasn’t feeling well and couldn’t participate this time. Hopefully, on my next visit, I’ll get to enjoy them! Overall, it was a great stay, and I would love to return."
