Whether you're looking to relax, swim, or sightsee, this enchanting villa, located 10 minutes from historic downtown Wilmington and 35 minutes from Caswell or Oak Island Beach, has everything you need for a memorable stay. Canoe and kayak rentals and bike paths are only a few blocks away. (Note: the advertised price is for the upstairs bedroom only. The second bedroom is available for an additional $60. The upstairs bedroom would not appropriate for guests with mobility issues.) Languages spoken: Spanish, French, German, and Romanian.
