Breakfast basic but the local cafes have excellent and cheap paninis etc on offer so no issues. Very Close to the beach and restaurants. We walked into Sestri levante and it took 40 mins. Great location: not far from Cinque Terre (15-20min train ride), 1min walk to the beach, and right within the town night life. The apartment is indeed located above a bar that is opened up to 3-4am with really loud music and with people hanging out (drunk and loud) in the street afterwards...
