"We loved this place. The suite was huge and spotlessly clean. The pool was perfect and beautifully maintained as were the gardens with plenty of sun loungers and separate shady seating areas. We enjoyed watching the planes takeoff and land- we were worried about the close proximity to the airport but the property’s elevated position meant that noise was not a problem. Plus there was not a lengthy transfer to the airport to contend with- a huge bonus. You really do need a car if you stay here-...

"The villa is not modern style, but enough clean. We arrived just after terrible cyclone, but the house and terrace were will cleaned. Due to the cyclone, our fight was delayed about 6 hours, but a host Marianna was waiting for us. She was so nice and kind. The private pool was just perfect. The point we love most was BBQ terrace and the view from there. The sun set was breathtaking . We enjoyed BBQ every night, but that would be nicer if there was more equipment for BBQ(such as Tongs for food...

"This is the best place you can stay in Kefalonia hands down. And for the price?! Incredible. Only place ON THE BEACH in the island. You can wake up and ocean is right outside your window. "The rooms were not equipped , seriously how can you not have bottled water in the fridge when it’s 38 degree Celsius outside for your guest on arrival , tea and coffee facility was zero no coffee no tea bags .. we where on our honeymoon, we requested a double bed and got two single beds , I speak Greek and of course it was the ole I don’t care attitude and yes you have a lovely room ! NOT THE CASE … the property is dated old and the rooms need a major facelift as do does the service.."

"Family run and what a welcome could not do enough for their guests and genuine ly felt appreciated holiday makers not as some you’ve payed get on with it close to beaches and plenty of tavernas close by travelled the island and realised we chose a great place in Barbara studios would recommend it to anyone beaches 15 to 20 minutes walk but with the views a pleasure "

"Loved the setting. The villa was clean and had a wonderful cleaner who was friendly. The pool is wonderful- very refreshing. Nice treats left for us with beer and wine - much appreciated. The local mini supermarket has a good stock of goodies with friendly owners. A visit to Sea Salt restaurant ( a short walk away) is a must! Highly recommended "
