"We had a lovely stay in the old town portion of Innsbruck. This hotel is right in the center of it all making it very convenient. It was quiet, adorable and very comfortable. The bar being open late was a nice touch, and I'd stay here again!"

Appreciate that they automatically upgraded us to a better room at the top level with amazing view. The room was clean, spacious. The staff were friendly and warm. Location is great too, and a short walk away from the main Christmas markets. Wouldn’t hesitate to make a reservation at AC Hotel again during our next trip back to Innsbruck."

"Very friendly people The owners are actually on property and they make the experience exceptional I was very happy to stay at this hotel I flew in from the United States tired and about 9:00 a.m. . I called and asked if I could come early and they were like no problem I thank them later and they said that as long as the room was clean they had no problem letting me have it early which is something you just don't find really anywhere but they were warm and welcoming the breakfast buffet was incredible and the beds were very comfortable the linen and blankets were perfect. I love the view from the breakfast buffet in the morning surrounded by the mountains so beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone it was very comfortable."
