"Good standard hotel. The room had two narrow single beds - wider beds would be better. Good ensuite bathroom. Some noise from the main road outside (window soundproofing could be better) but it didn't keep me awake, and I didn't hear any noise from other guests."

Hotels.com attempted to make contact regarding the incorrect room allocation and could not get any response. Accommodation providers know what hadms been booked and paid for plus they also know that the allocated room is inferior. That behaviour is not acceptable."
