The Hinterhaus Apartments bring tranquility to your trip to Leipzig. In a side street of Karl Heine Kiez you are very close to the pulse of our city and still find the peace that is good in the big city.
I have set up the studio so that I feel comfortable and safe. In the large living / sleeping / dining area you will find cozy niches for cooking, eating and digestive sleep, without it being tight.
The hallway leads to the bathroom with bathtub and washer-dryer. Perfect for a stay in Leipzig, even if you stay longer, everything is there that you need.

ruhige Lage, pulsierend in der Umgebung

Wir haben vorallem die Ruhe in der Wohnung genossen und dass gleich um die Ecke viele Restaurants und Cafés sind bzw gleich ein Supermarkt.

Leider war die Wohnung beim Betreten sehr ausgekühlt und komische Gerüche im Flur

Gute Lage und gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Wohnung müsste im Winter vorgeheizt sein. Es war einfach zu kalt in den ersten 2 Stunden.

Schöne Wohnung, leicht ergänzungsbedürftig

Die Wohnung ist sauber, ruhig und schön eingerichtet. Die Straßenbahnanbindung ist gut. Fahrtzeit zum Zentrum ca. 15 Minuten. In der Küchenzeile ist alles Nötige vorhanden. Wer viel selber kochen will, wird vielleicht noch das eine oder andere Teil vermissen. Da die Vermietung wohl noch nicht so lange erfolgt, wären noch einige kleine Ergänzungen schön. Insofern sind das Folgende Verbesserungsvorschläge. Da es nur eine Badewanne gibt, in der man auch duschen kann, wäre ein Duschvorhang nützlich, damit das Bad nicht nach dem Duschen unter Wasser steht. Auch eine rutschfeste Unterlage wäre hilfreich, damit man mit nassen Füßen nicht in der Badewanne ausrutscht. Überrascht hat mich, dass es keine Mülltrennung gibt. Auch ein Hinweis zur Müllentsorgung wäre nützlich. Die Küchenbeleuchtunge fehlt noch, ebenso die Spiegelbeleuchtung im Bad. Ich denke, das sind alles Kleinigkeiten, die relativ leicht behoben werden können. Dann könnte die Wohnung 5 Sterne bekommen, jetzt sind es nur 4.
