The high-quality and lovingly furnished apartment is located in the beginning of 2019 completed, historic cable car manufacturer "Bleichert-Werke".

The high ceilings, atrium arches, large historic lattice windows and old brick facades still bear witness to the magnificent, over one hundred-year-old industrial building.The interior mixes the historic charm with California style and modern elements.

The historic Bleichert works are a very special historical object, right in the heart of Leipzig's boomtown.

The high-quality and loving renovation and redesign of this special industrial monument is a complex and extremely exciting construction project. The largest part is already completed and already fully let.

The apartment
From the wall paints, to the interiors, to the small details such as bedside lamps, cushions and decorations, authentic industrial charm meets casual colors and California styling.

Equipment
The light-flooded large bedroom with its huge historic windows holds a 180 x200 m luxuriously upholstered king bed ready for you. These include a dressing room, a separate toilet and a large bathroom with a bath, two sinks and a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom awaits you with an equally luxurious bed in size 160x200m. It has direct access to the balcony and a private bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet and separate toilet.

We do not only value design but also sustainability. That is why we provide our guests with products of the exclusive and award-winning cosmetics line "STOP THE WATER". Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are ready for you in our bathrooms. A feature that you'll only find in select top hotels like 25h or Soho House.

You can expect a high quality basic equipment and a fully equipped kitchen with top built-in appliances, kettle, toaster and programmable coffee maker.

A basic equipment with spices and teas in organic quality is also available and can be used gladly.

For guests with small children, we can provide an Easy Go travel cot from Baby Björn and a high chair if required.

THE KEY TRANSFER IS NOT PERSONAL, BUT THE ACCESS TO THE APARTMENT IS PER NUKI APP

This means that we will provide our guests with an access authorization for our apartment online shortly before arrival. The invitation code will be sent to the given phone number via SMS or WhatsApp. You simply follow the given steps and your smartphone is your door key.

Basic requirement for the use of a Nuki Smartlock and thus for the use of our apartment is a common smartphone (iOS or Android).
