Great location, great room

Good location. There is only disadvantage that no WiFi service was provided as advertised during booking. Evening front desk service suppose to be more polite when travellers ask to fix the problem with WiFi.

I was surprised at the size of the room for the price I paid. In fact I was surprised at the quality of this hotel for the price I paid. It was amazing, especially being just across the road from the railway station, which I certainly appreciated. Mind you, it is still annoying when the staff speak English when I'm trying to communicate with them in German.

This is a rather well designed mid fifties building. BUT it has no air conditioning so there is a competition for the few fans they have available. That has to be addressed.

This is a lie !! porky-pie !!
This is NOT a 4 star hotel at all ! This is a big lie ! This place is dirty, super basic, the beds are totally used, the equipment screwed everywhere to hold, the breakfast is worth a motel... The pictures on the internet are many years old and a lie! With a lot of optimism, this could be a 2 star place. @Hotels.com, please immediately clean up such lies from your portal!

Hotel und Zimmer waren sehr gut. Ein paar Abstriche gibt es bei den Servicekräften. Zum Frühstück und beim Einchecken muss man sagen das diese Unhöflich sind. Aber nur die eine Dame an der Rezeption die bei der Anmeldung anwesend war. Der Rest war super nett. Ein weiteres Manko ist das schlechte WLAN. Wenn man beruflich am Laptop arbeiten muss hat man hier nicht die Besten Karten.
