Unterkunft nicht wie angeboten. Riesige Differenz zwischen Bildern /Beschreibung und Wirklichkeit.
Gebucht für 14 Personen- bekommen für 10 Personen Gebucht mit Bad mit Dusche und WC mit Dusche - erhalten Bad/ Dusche und WC ohne Dusche.Wohnung nicht abschließbar nur die einzelnen Zimmer . Zimmer ok, ansonsten ungepflegt

Lage gut, Unterkunft nicht
Vorneweg: Über die Lage und das Personal möchte ich keine schlechten Worte verlieren. Die Lage war sogar sehr gut. 1) Die Unterkunft war bei Ankunft dreckig. Beispielsweise war der Backofen verdreckt und das Gefrierfach komplett mit Eis zugefroren. Es fehlten auch Glühbirnen und eine Türklinke lag kaputt auf dem Boden. 2) Die Küche war mit viel zu wenigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Der einzige große Kochtopf bietet nicht genug Platz, um 13 Leute zu versorgen. Auch auf Nachfrage erhielten wir keinen zweiten Topf. 3) Der Gemeinschaftsraum ist nicht groß genug für 13 Personen, es können nicht einmal alle gemeinsam am Tisch Platz finden. Auf den online Bildern waren zwei Tische im Gemeinschaftsraum zu sehen, in Wahrheit ist es aber nur einer. 4) Küche und der Gemeinschaftsraum sind ein und der selbe Raum. Dort steht eine einzige Couch (mit gerissenem Polster), auf der 3-4 Leute Platz finden. Nicht sehr komfortabel. Diese Punkte haben im Wesentlichen gestört und die sonst guten Dinge (gute Lage, man darf ruhig auch mal etwas lauter sein) ein wenig überschattet. Leider können wir die Unterkunft nicht weiter empfehlen.

Sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen, viel Platz für 10-14 Personen. Genug Geschirr vorhanden, voll ausgestattete Küche. Schöner Innenhof mit Pizzeria, Bar. Ruhe ab 22 Uhr. Frühstücken kann man auch im Innenhof…kommen gerne wieder…

Unkompliziert, praktisch, super Lage geschützt hinter dem Ring
Unkompliziert, noch fehlende Gläser und Kuchengabeln und zusätzliche warme Decke von der Rezeption zu holen, tolle Lage, um die beeindruckende, voelfgältige Stadt Leipzig zu besichtigen und dazwischen sich in der Ferienwohnung zu erholen/zu essen/zu übernachten.

Grosse Wohnung
Die Altbauwohnung war gross mit geräumigen Zimmern. Es gab ein grosses und ein kleines Bad.Wir waren 7 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder zwischen 3 und 8 Jahren. Dass es kein extra Wohnzimmer gab hat uns nicht gestört. Die Lage war super und man fand auch für die Familienkutsche relativ einfach einen Parkplatz. Was uns gestört hat war die Ausstattung - es könnten schon ein paar Teller und Tassen mehr sein. Das Sofa war verschlissen und die Teppiche im Flur haben auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Auch beim Putzen kann man nachbessern.

Zentrale Übernachtungsmöglichkeit
Die Lage der Wohnung ist top, die Innenstadt fußläufig entfernt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war jedoch unterirdisch (z.B. 3 große Teller für bis zu 14 Personen und nur ein Tisch in der Küche) und ein Zimmer hat stark nach Rauch gestunken. Wer nur eine Unterkunft zum Schlafen für eine Gruppe zu einem guten Preis und ohne Ansprüche sucht ist hier gut aufgehoben. Wer mehr Wert auf eine nette und gemütliche Unterkunft legt sollte lieber woanders schauen. (Bilder entsprechen nicht alle der Wohnung, da scheinbar mehrere Wohnungen vermietet werden).

Sehr schön gelegene und zentrale Wohnung, ideal für Familientreffen oder Freunde treffen. Sehr schöne große Wohnküche, um Abends gemütlich zusammen zu sitzen.

Super Unterkunft und tolle Atmosphäre
Wir waren als Gruppe zu einem Junggesellenabschied über ein Wochenende in Leipzig und fanden die Unterkunft und das nette hilfsbereite Personal toll. Das Frühstück und die Pizza in dem Restaurant waren ebenfalls super. Sehr gern wieder!

Tolle Wohnung im Zentrum Leipzigs
Die Wohnung ist groß und wunderschön. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. So konnten wir schon vorab klären, wo wir zu welchen Konditionen parken können, da wir mit mehreren Autos angereist sind. Luft nach oben ist lediglich bei der Küchenausstattung: Geschirr, Besteck und Töpfe passen qualitativ und quantitativ nicht so ganz zu der ansonsten super ausgestatteten Wohnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
