"Great location. Near one of the synagogues. Walking distance from all important spots yet in a quieter area. Staff was great. Bumped into the owner of the hotel who was exceptionally friendly and kind with a unique life story. Made our stay memorable. Definitely will recon and to family and friends!!!"

"Excellent front office staff, very polite and helpful. Comfortable, spacious room, modern and very clean at arrival. Minor improvements (i.e. sink almost blocked) would make it perfect. Soundproof, you could hear nothing from adjoining rooms or corridor. Close to the city center (10-15 min walk). Only minus was that during a 3 night stay the room was never cleaned, even though I have placed the relevant request on the door handle (only the garbage were collected) "

"Unfortunately it was a terrible stay. It took 5 phone calls to get into the apartment. We were not sent any instructions. The building is a work site with builders sawing and hammering at 11.00pm. The building is full of smoke, despite there being signs on the wall saying it is a smoke free venue. The pillows, towels and bedding stinks of cigarette smoke. We both woke up sick with headaches as the smoke came under the door at night. My sleep apnea machine is now ruined as it is now filled with the smell and I will need to replace it. I will be asking for compensation. This is easily the worst hotel I’ve ever booked with hotels.com "
