"We srrived for a two night stay from the moment we arrived all staff where very friendly Room was spotless and really well set out (room 8) Ethan checked us in and gave us some local knowledge to asssit with our visit Charlie the chef was great with my son as he is a fussy eater went above and beyond to cater for him the manager Jacob made our stay hassle free and we will make sure to return to this hotel next year when back to london card show from which is less than 5 min walk from this...

"I had a comfy bed. Heating was easily controlled. Very basic accommodation but had good tea/ coffee facilities. Very small shower but adequate. Seemed to be a lovely popular pub in a lovely area and a footpath were you could go for a walk but I wasnt there long enough to enjoy any of these things. There is some frequent noise from planes going to Gatwick but I took my earplugs. "We stayed in a trouble room in the attic. The check in was prompt and a member of bar staff showed us to the room. Is was nice and clean with its own showroom and toilet. Despite a loud party in the pub, there was no noise in the room. Breakfast in the morning was hearty although they maybe could invest in more superior ingredients. We’d definitely stay here again when in the area. "

"Lovely Saturday night away up at Leith Hill. We arrived for a late lunch. We’d booked a double room for the night but when the staff saw our two Labradors - they gave us a much bigger room. Everyone was really friendly at the pub and the Plough is perfect for exploring the beautiful countryside around Coldharbour. The food was excellent and the service superb. Breakfast was really good. It feels really ‘different’ up there - lovely walks and stunning views. We’ll be back."
