"A lovely place to stay with all the creature comforts we could have asked for. The property is hosted by the exceptional Tony, who checked in with us after arrival to make sure we were happy and see if we needed anything, and better yet, was only too happy to oblige and help out where he could when we did ask for a favour. Lots of landmarks and sights to see so close by, and plenty of shops and other amenities around within only minutes of the property. Next time we are in the area we will...

"Lovely stay, very comfortable..Some minor things to improve but all small things such as cleanliness in kitchen drawers, etc... beds etc clean and comfy enough though.Bathroom nice but tlies very slippery and not great for anyone of a certain age or with a slight disability, but our host happily provided a chair for us which was great.Close to everything and we.thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"This was wonderfully suitable for our family of 16 (3 generations) to gather. Enough room to be together (in the living/dining area or outside) and plenty of space for smaller groups or individuals to have some quiet time. I was impressed that there was plenty of crockery and the BBQ and picnic boxes were great. We loved the personal touches - sheet music, books, paintings etc, and the seasonal decorations. I can't recommend highly enough!"

"We booked this property for a family weekend away, we chose it so the adults could relax and the children could play, and it was a perfect setup for that. We enjoy exploring Daylesford during the days and sitting on the deck in the afternoon and night. At dusk ducks and kangaroos also enjoyed the property and the children were so excited to watch on. Communication with host was great. Highly recommend. "

"This is the second time we have stayed at this property. The first time with 4 adults and it was perfect. This time with 8 adults and it was very good, the only negative was the pull out bed for two of the adults was very poor, extremely uncomfortable and not really suitable for adults. Maybe kids might find it comfortable, but if you are booking for all adults like I did, I would not advise to have more than 6. The pool is great, the house is great and the hosts are awesome though."

"We spent 14 nights here and really enjoyed our stay. Jenny was very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. We were very happy with our little unit and especially enjoyed watching the sunset over the horse paddocks. The close proximity to the rail trail was a bonus. The unit was clean, spacious and had lots of cupboard space. When we are back this way would love to stay again."

"Great place when visiting Ballarat. Short distance from most attractions. Kids enjoyed the table tennis. Spacious for our big family. Two living areas is definitely a bonus. "

"Upon arrival there was fresh bread and fruit. Lovely touch unexpected. The unit was beautiful, very clean. Very well equipped with everything you could need. The heating system was awesome, kept the unit at a very cosy temperature. Host Mary is very easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Ballarat"
