"I always love staying at the CitizenM Schiphol. Just a short walk to the airport terminal, and also easy to get to Amsterdam Centraal station (just a short train ride away). Most of all, the staff at this hotel are excellent--all so friendly and cordial. Notably, I always have the best treatment from Rafaela, Valentina, and Leandro. "

"I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel and room were modern and upgraded. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and a variety of good things were offered. You can get to downtown Amsterdam and the museum area easily by public transportation. The #17 tram which takes you downtown is a short walk from the hotel. Several fast food restaurants are nearby but I highly recommend restaurant called Sahan if you prefer a dining experience. The food quality is excellent and the atmosphere can't be beat with a room dize saltwater aquarium. Reservation is required so call ahead but its also around a ten minutes walk. My only suggestion for my stay would be to offer hand soap for the sink "

"We absolutely loved our stay here! Check-in was easy. The suite was very spacious and clean. Stef, the front desk receptionist, also went above and beyond. He gave us recommendations on how to get into the city as it is very difficult to find parking and helped us with parking at the site. He also brought up extra towels to our room and another receptionist brought up an extra blanket to our room. I would highly recommend this place. I don’t have any complaints. Great service and a great stay! "
