"Among the many positives; Kind staff (cleaning team!! and front desk). Even the renovation workers were also considerate. Very quiet and relaxing in the evening. The suite room was very comfortable. The bath was also such a lovely addition, great for my kid to enjoy. There were lobby seating areas that looked very pleasant to enjoy a chat. Very minor downsides: The baggage carts were challenging to steer. The lifts were quite small, so a baggage cart and a person is difficult to fit into the lift together. TV /channels were a little challenging to sort out. Ketnet and youtube didn't seem to work, which would have been better entertainment options for the moments the young ones need it. Everything worked out well, and we very much enjoyed our stay!"
