It features 2 stylish bedrooms (premium double bed and opulent Ottoman bed, both with smart TVs), a spacious lounge with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen (with coffee machine, dishwasher, and more), and a modern bathroom with all essentials provided. Enjoy free high-speed WiFi, Netflix entertainment, and indoor games like Monopoly and UNO.

Please note that while the exterior and communal areas of the building may appear less modern compared to the interior of our apartment, these areas are managed by a different management company and are beyond our control. Rest assured, however, that the interior of our apartment is meticulously maintained to the highest standard to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our guests.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
Please note for security purposes, a security deposit will be required for all reservations made. We require this deposit before your stay, once received we can then forward the check-in instructions to you. All security deposits will be returned after inspection of the property. Any questions - please feel free to message.
Guests are kindly requested to treat the property and its amenities with care.. Any damage to the property or its contents, including but not limited to furnishings, appliances, and electronic devices, may result in charges being applied to the guest's account. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.

Strictly No Smoking (£250 charge for violations).
No Parties + Gatherings without prior approval (immediate security eviction or/and £250 charge).
A replacement fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys.
