The property is a newly built 4 bedroom semi detached house on 3 floors . The first floor has the living room,the dinning area and the guest toilet. The middle floor has two double bedrooms and the family bathroom.The upper floor has 2 large bedrooms with one of the rooms en-suite .

The 2 rooms on the top floor have a king size bed each With 2 bedside cupboards each and 2 bedside lamps . The other two rooms in the middle floor have a double bed each And also bedside cupboards and bedside lamps Making it a total of 4 beds . All the beds have a 2000 sprung mattress with good quality pillows, beddings and duvets.

All the rooms have wardrobes and mirrors . 3 of the rooms have bedroom dressers that can be used as work desks as well.

One of the rooms on the last floor is en-suite . The family bathroom is on the middle floor . There is a toilet on the ground floor. So the property has 2 and half bathrooms. The bathrooms are equipped with good quality towels ,bath rugs and bins

The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 burner electric hob, an oven , microwave, dish washer, washing machine,: dryer , fridge/ freezer , electric kettle, bread toaster , coffee maker , blender , cooking utensils , pots and pan, glass cups, wine glasses ,mug cups ,nice set of plates ,cutlery and a bin . It’s a fully functional kitchen .

The living room has a 65” TV and it is luxuriously furnished . The dinning area has a 6 seater dinning set and it’s nicely decorated too.

Family Stay
The property was in a good location, quiet for families but near to the town centre and Space Centre. It had ample room for our family of four. It was completely fine for our purposes, as somewhere to stay for a couple of nights so we could visit the Space Centre. However, it did not quite live up to the title or photos in the listing. It was clean enough but could have done with a deeper clean - we found a couple of jelly babies on the carpet of one bedroom and someone’s left over salad in the fridge. There were lots of things that needed fixing - wobbly kitchen tap, wobbly radiator in the bathroom, no light fittings in a couple of rooms (just bare light bulbs). It had the feeling of a place that had been bought to let out, done up nicely initially but handed over to a company to manage that didn’t particularly care for it. Overall, an okay stay but wouldn’t go back.
