Featuring an in-ground pool (open seasonally), this updated home with a classic farmhouse floor plan offers absolute privacy only 20 minutes from downtown Asheville. The wide views from Frogmore Estate overlook the surrounding mountains and scenic rolling pastures, perfect for a memorable getaway!

Named for the croaking frogs in the front pond, Frogmore Estate encourages you to unwind with a spacious floor plan that will accommodate your whole group. Wake up to sunrises from the covered front porch, and be on the lookout for wildlife in the field such as turkey, deer, hawks, and a wide variety of songbirds. For the aspiring chef, create culinary delights in the fully-equipped kitchen. The formal dining room is a great space for spending time together, plus there's a breakfast nook with benches and stools at the kitchen bar for extra seating.

Hop in the pool and celebrate all day in the fenced backyard entertainment zone! The pool patio provides a focal point to gather around for fun in the sun. Surrounding the patio, there's a fire pit, an outdoor dining area, a grassy yard for lawn games, and shade from the trees for hot summer days. In the evening, challenge your buds to a game of darts in the spare room, which can also serve as a bonus sleeping area. The main level primary suite offers a soaking tub to soak away your worries, for a peaceful slumber. Everyone will get their well-deserved beauty rest in one of three upper level bedrooms. Frogmore Estate comes complete with everything you need to have an "un-frog-gettable" vacation! • 4WD/AWD Required in Winter: During the winter months (Nov. 1st - Mar 31st) and inclement weather, a 4WD/AWD vehicle is required to access this property. Please ensure your vehicle has sufficient clearance (i.e. SUV, Truck, or raised sedan). Low-clearance vehicles with 4WD/AWD are not recommended.
• Travel Insurance Recommended: During the winter months we ask you to please consider CSA Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment from potential winter weather events that could prevent access to the home.
• Frogmore Estates’ swimming pool is not heated and is open seasonally between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Great view!
Relaxed, well appointed home with a lot of room while still feeling cozy. We enjoyed cooking in the stocked kitchen while enjoying a warm fire in the main living room. Wr and our adult children love games. There were plenty along with the games we brought. The home is very dog friendly for our two boston terriers and the fenced yard was a plus. Would definitely stay here again.

The perfect mountain getaway
Frogmore Estates was perfect for our family. The views were gorgeous from the front porch and pool. We were not far at all from downtown Asheville and grocery store. They are pet friendly and have a fenced in yard perfect for our dogs. The entire family enjoyed the wonderful pool everyday!

Great Family Vacation
Such a fun and great property to stay at. We booked this for a getaway vacation and wanted a pool for the kids. We also wanted to be in a remote area so the kids can be loud and play without bothering neighbors. We found that with this property. The location is a great spot if you want to be off the beaten path. It was not difficult to find but you will probably miss the road if you aren’t paying attention (I did lol). Pros: Having an area by yourself Great view from the porch and pool Tons of toys and floats for the pool Nice appliances and well equipped kitchen Drinking from the tap and in the fridge was good Lots of areas to relax inside and out The beds and pillows were comfortable There are two grills but you need to provide charcoal and the propane was empty Check in and out was easy Front Door is key pad so no key is needed Pool was clean and had a 4’ to 8’ depth 4 bedrooms with two that are connected upstairs Cons, these are more esthetic than an issue Pool liner needs to be fix, cosmetic issue only Some damage from a dog on a window and scratches on a door Driveway / road to the house is tough to get up. If you have a small car you might have an issue in the rain and winter Some parts of the house are locked (not an issue just a point) Honestly the house is great for a family trip and you want to relax. Not one issue made us think this house wasn’t worth renting.

Great house with nice view
This was a great house. The pool was beautiful and had a great view. The frogs in the pond were cute too. The house was well stocked and clean. The road to the house isn’t paved, but it was still easy to drive it. Our only complaint is that the leather couch in the living room was a little smelly, but we put a blanket on it and it was fine. We had a great time!
