"There were some maintenance issues when we checked in but our room was upgraded to make our stay comfortable. We were offered the services of the hotel transport which we took. Hussian the driver was friendly and had good knowledge of the area which made our tours enjoyable. Overall we found the hotel nice & comfortable with good food and friendly staff. "I went to Leh towards end of January for a peaceful retreat, the staff of this hotel made my experience amazing. They helped me plan the perfect itinerary and arranged for transportation. "Not bad, but not great. Hot water was iffy. Checkout is at 8am! Who's up at 8am when on vacation? Had a leaking sink that they just couldn't fix, which meant water leaked out onto my sink and floor. Had some issues with service personnel. Kind of hard to find. I would not recommend it. At the same time, it was okay. Food was great, and they fed us breakfast and supper. Place was really clean. "
