Very pleasant staff, good location and views.
Staff is very helpful and the hotel has all basic facilities, room service etc. Staff ensured constant supply of hot water for drinking - very useful during the cold evenings & nights. Thanks to them we avoided the typical hydration problems. Outdoors sitting arrangement is very nice to enjoy the mornign sun and breakfast. We liked the location since it is only a short distance to the market/city center but still isolated from the market congestion and traffic. Travel and acclimatization tips from the hotel staff and driver were very helpful and they were very experienced in handling people traveling from the plains.
