예약은 했으나 방을 이용하지 못하였습니다.
제가 사용하고자 했던 방에 키를 받지 못했습니다.
주인은 안에서 잠그고 이용하면 된다고 하였으나,
저는 여자이기도 하고 안에 노트북, 핸드폰 등등 중요한 물품들이 많아서 밖에서도 문을 잠그길 원했으나
주인은 라다크는 뉴델리나 한국처럼 위험한 곳이 아니기 때문에 그냥 키 없이 이용해도 된다고 말했습니다.
그 외에도
- 방에 전기포트 없음
- 먼지가 너무 많음
- 벽 갈라짐
- 체크인 시 서류를 보여달라고 함 (그런데 와이파이고 뭐고 아무것도 안됨ㅎㅎ)
- 늦은시간부터 이른 아침까지는 아예 물이 안나옴
이런 안좋은 점들이 있었습니다.
핸드폰, 와이파이가 안되는 문제는 판공초 대부분의 숙소가 그렇다고 하더라도
직원들의 응대와 고객의 안전에 대해 안일하게 생각하는 오너때문에라도 다시는 방문하고 싶지 않습니다.
I made a reservation, but I couldn't use the room.
I didn't receive the key for the room I intended to use.
The owner said that I could just lock the door from inside,
but as a woman, I had many important items like my laptop and phone,
so I wanted the door to be locked from the outside as well.
However, the owner insisted that Ladakh is not as dangerous as New Delhi or Korea,
so it was fine to use the room without a key.
In addition, there were several other issues:
No electric kettle in the room
There was a lot of dust
Cracks in the walls
I was asked to show documents during check-in (but the Wi-Fi and everything else didn't work, haha)
No water supply from late at night until early morning
These were some of the negative points.
Even if the issues with the phone and Wi-Fi are common in most accommodations in Pangong Lake,
I would not want to visit again due to the staff's unprofessional response
and the owner's careless attitude toward customer safety.
