The basin is 500 meters from the villa, the coastal path (pedestrian or bicycle path) along the entire coastline is right next to the rental.

Assists (meets the ocean and pelvis) is 500 meters from the villa.

Nearby, the Bélisaire pier and numerous shuttles between Arcachon and the peninsula and also many sea excursions: around the Basin, the Banc d'Arguin and the Ile Birds .....

This villa is rather for one family compared to the configuration of rooms, first room with bed 160x200 (flat screen, TNT ..), a second that overlooks the terrace with 2 beds 90x200 reconcilable possibly a third child with a bunk bed (flat screen and dvd).
A large bathroom with spacious shower and bath, separate toilet, dressing area.
The kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, Mo, hob, extractor, coffee maker Senseo, toaster, frig freezer ....
The whole living room, dining room with large flat screen, dvd, stereo, tnt ...
The villa is equipped with reversible wall air conditioners (hot and cold)
Everything needed is on site cleaning (washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, drying room ....)

Excellent location and well equipped home

Super séjour au cap ferret
L'appartement d'aurelie est un vrai petit cocon, décoré avec goût. Il vous directement dans l'ambiance que recherchez au cap ferret! Idéalement placé, vous accéderez à tous les plus jolis endroit de la péninsule à vélo ! Par dessus tout, aurelie sait se rendre disponible en cas de besoin et se montre comme étant de bons conseils. J'y retournerais les yeux fermés !

Très bon séjour
Excellente literie, jolie décoration, situation idéale à deux pas de l'Atlantique, des vélos bien pratiques pour aller faire quelques courses, gentillesse et disponibilité exquises de la propriétaire. Petit bémol : la rue devant l'appartement n'est pas la moins passante du Cap Ferret, mais nous habitons le reste de l'année dans un endroit très silencieux, aussi est-ce une appréciation toute subjective. Merci !

Appartement confortable et bien équipé conforme au descriptif et aux commentaires, en particulier très grande terrasse et proximité de l’océan. MAIS il donne sur la D106 extrêmement passante en saison. Beaucoup de bruit pour profiter au calme delà terrasse

Sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet, tolle Terrasse
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Unsere Gastgeberin war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Kleines Manko sind die recht schmalen Betten im Kinderzimmer. Das Zimmer ist aber für kleinere Kinder sehr schön hergerichtet und gemütlich. Auf der schönen Sonnenterrasse hört man leider den Verkehr ein bißchen. Insgesamt aber eine tolle Wohnung in direkter Strandnähe.

Très bon séjour dans cette maison très fonctionnelle, bien équipée et agréable à habiter. La situation à proximité de la pointe est appréciable et permet beaucoup de promenades à pied en pleine nature. Une maison où on se sent tout de suite bien !

Schönes, gut ausgestattetes Appartement, welches der Beschreibung entspricht. Bei uns hat das Leben auf der schönen Terrasse mit dem gemütlichen Lümmelsofa stattgefunden. Wir haben uns alle sehr gut erholt! Einziges Manko die direkt am Haus vorbeiführende D106, die während unseres Aufenthaltes neu gemacht wurde.

Nous avons passé en famille une superbe semaine au sein de ce bel endroit! Cette maison est parfaitement, équipée, très chaleureuse! Un plus pour l'immense terrasse très conviviale ( bar, barbecue!!!), et la mise a disposition des vélos! La plage est toute proche! Un grand merci également pour le sourire d 'accueil et de départ! Cap Ferret Meer total
Wir waren zu Zweit Ende Juni eine Woche am Cap Ferret. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier richtig. Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit freundlichen hilfsbereiten Vermietern. Fahrräder sind kostenlos am Haus. Empfehlenswerte Adresse. Für uns gut, dass der französische Vermieter englisch spricht. Da unser Französisch nur für Restaurant und Hotels taugt war dies ein Plus. Einziger kleiner Nachteil, die Terrasse ist zur D106 ausgerichtet. Tagsüber ist dort etwas Verkehr. Hat uns nicht gestört, da wir stundenlang am Strand spazieren waren, oder etwas unternommen haben.
