The villa is on a ground of about 800m ², it benefits from a big wooden terrace and a pergola allowing to take his meals in the shade.

Relaxing family holiday
It was a joy to stay here for 2 weeks early June. The location of the villa is ideal, close to both beaches and the centre of town, with everything easily reachable on foot or by bike. Foulques was on hand to answer any questions we had and ensured a very smooth check-in and check-out. We would love to come back again soon!

Wonderful time off
We actually left two weeks of fun, most of the time sun and “living at the water” life behind us. Perfect location for a family with small kids (one is a baby), 5 minute walk from bassin.. we would love to get back next year! Everything was perfect (just the knives where totally unsharp but will be changed immediately)!

A perfect place
Lovely wooden house within a large, quiet garden, 50 meters from the Bassin, 5 minutes by bike from the plage d’ Horizon, shops and restaurants within walking distance. House clean and well maintained. Very nice and helpful landlords. We would love to come back!

Un excellent séjour ! Les échanges avec le propriétaire ont été fluides tout du long de notre réservation ainsi que pendant notre séjour. Dès notre arrivée une excellente surprise ; une maison impeccable très grande et très fonctionnelle ! Un emplacement idyllique. Proche de la plage des Américains, parfait pour les balades en vélo, et le marché à 3 minutes de vélo. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable ! Sans oublier de très belles attention. Mais je laisse à chacun le plaisir de les découvrir.

La maison est idéalement placée pour tout faire à pieds. Le loueur de vélos est à la sortie de l'allée si besoin. Maison très agréable (grande pièce de vie donnant sur la terrasse, chambre avec sdb au RDC), bien équipée. Foulques a été très sympathique et disponible pour la moindre demande. Une adresse à garder !

Sehr schönes Haus ruhig und zentral gelegen
Super Lage, unweit vom Zentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend, die Kommunikation war schnell und unkompliziert.

Vacances familiales de rêve, mimosas et bord de mer
Nous avons passé une semaine en famille avec nos 3 enfants de 2 à 8 ans dans cette jolie maison typiquement ferretcapienne, décorée et meublée avec goût, très agréable à vivre malgré la saison juste printanière en février. La cuisine est particulièrement bien équipée, bien chauffée si besoin, la literie propre et de bonne qualité, la propreté générale irréprochable. Le jardin clos est un atout pour les enfants, la terrasse arborée doit être encore plus agréable l été. La plage est à 2 minutes à pied, les pistes cyclables à l entrée de la rue nous ont permis de rayonner sur toute la Presqu'île en sécurité avec les enfants. Les propriétaires sont charmants, disponibles et très discrets (merci encore pour votre accueil et votre gentille attention à notre arrivée!). En deux mots, à recommander !

Maison de vacances idéale
Très bien situé, au calme et proche de tout ( bassin, océan, commerces, animations... tout à pied), nous avons passé d'excellente vacances au cap ferret sous un soleil présent toute la semaine. La maison est très conviviale et très agréable. Toutefois attention pour accéder à l'étage les escaliers sont très pentus et très bruyant. Le propriétaire est accueillant, disponible si l'on a besoin et très discret. Le petit plus : merci encore pour la bonite ! Délicieux poisson pêcher par le propriétaire. Nous reviendrons volontiers.
