Stay in one of the best villas in Lefkada. The breathtaking view to the famous islands of Ithaca, Atokos, Arkoudi bathed in the turquoise water, the summer sun, the History of the place; No other villas in Lefkada have the unique advantage of offering this magnificent view and being so close to the village. It is only 15 minutes walking distance ( 1 km ) where you can find many bars, tavernas, souvenirs and watch the never ending come and go of the numerous yachts. Completely autonomous, with a private parking area, each with 110sqm built in two levels, large verantas overlooking the swimming pool and a total private land of about 800 sqm for each villa. What a splendid way to spend your holidays! You have to be there…

Amphitheater built in a lush grove of simple materials, stone and wood, the Ionian Sea gaze giving the feeling, the hours of sunset, the sea that embraces the sun. The quiet, traditional manufacturing, green environment but mostly luxury is what stands out.

Beautiful villa with beautiful views
Perfect location for easy access to the quaint little harbour of Sivota. There’s a handful of lovely little restaurants, all serving amazing food and all equally as welcoming and attentive. The villa itself is wonderful. Its upside down layout gives easy access to the pool area while the upstairs dining area takes full advantage of the amazing views. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a dishwasher. The BBQ outside is perfectly located for access from all levels, giving you a choice of whether to eat poolside or watch the sunset from the balcony. Overall we would highly recommend this villa and would definitely stay again!

Great week in Sivota…..
Had a wonderful stay at Sivota Bay Villas, accommodation was comfortable and well equipped and generally all in good order. When there was something broken, such as a shower head it was replaced immediately. The house keeper was attentive and helpful.
