The local shop has essentials, but larger supermarkets are in Jurien Bay (~30 min drive).

Great spot for bringing your boat—ample parking and nearby ramp.

Leeman is all about slowing down—expect peace, space, and stunning sunsets.

Pets are welcome and there is loads of space for your boat.
• Respect Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 12 midnight to 8 AM to respect neighbors and other guests.
• No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please use designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
• No Parties or Events: The home is for registered guests only. Unauthorized parties or events are not permitted unless specifically requested
• Pool Use: Guests using the pool must follow safety rules. No running or diving, and children must be supervised at all times.
• Clean Up After Yourself: Please leave the home as you found it, including washing dishes and tidying up any spills or messes.
• Garbage Disposal: Place all trash in the bins provided. Ensure bins are placed out for collection on designated days.
• Parking: Guests may use the garage and driveway. Please avoid parking on the lawn or blocking neighbour access.
• Beach Towels: Kindly use the provided beach towels for outdoor activities and keep indoor towels for indoor use.
• Check-Out Requirements: Ensure all windows and doors are locked, remove perishables from the fridge, and start a load of laundry for linens if possible.
• Damage or Breakages: Report any accidental damage or breakages immediately so we can address them promptly.
• Fireplace Use: If using the indoor wood fire, ensure proper ventilation and never leave it unattended. Firewood is provided in the shed.
• Respect Local Wildlife: Avoid feeding wildlife and ensure all food and waste are securely stored.
