This country escape is located a stones throw from the Staffordshire Peak District and is close to the market town of Leek and spa town of Buxton, perfect for outdoor adventures. With other local attractions in close vicinity including Alton towers, Churnet Valley Railway, Chester Zoo and Peak Wildlife Park along with popular wedding venues including the Three Horse Shoes Country Spa and The Ashes.


After a busy day you can even retire to some of the local country pubs for some exquisite cuisine.

The space has a luxury country feel with a modern kitchen, lounge and diner where you can cook up a feast and relax after a busy day exploring the wonders of the Peak District including the famous Roaches. Or after a busy day at work simply enjoy the peace and tranquility of the country side. With bedrooms where you can relax and catch some sleep before starting a new adventure on your next day in this lovely country setting.

You will have access to a lovely modern country cottage. Consisting of a modern open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, great for a romantic getaway! Along with a cosy double bedroom, where you can get some snuggle up before your next adventure. There is a fully fitted modern bathroom. With free onsite visitor parking to making your stay hassle free.

This property is for families and couples (over 25's) only, no students, large groups or parties without prior approval (please ask before you book) - if you have not stated this during the booking process you may not be admitted to the property on arrival.

No early check-in or late check-outs are possible, please book an extra night.

Quiet time 10:00pm to 8:30am.

This property has Wi-Fi to do the essentials, we are in a rural location so fibre broadband is not available as in towns/cities. The Wi-Fi strength and internet speed as the maximum capacity available at this property, but is not sufficient for gaming or streaming films on multiple devices.

There is parking for 1 car only on site.

Due to fire and insurance obligations only booked guests will be allowed on site - other visitors and cars will not be permitted on site.
