"Ingo’s place is beautiful and he is a friendly responsive host It’s comfortable, clean, well stocked. We enjoyed our stay and would return when in Mainz again."

"We enjoyed our stay. It is a spacious place and a good location. We walked to the Mainz Fußball stadium for a game. We bought pastries at the gas station across the street in the mornings. We walked to the Mewe grocery store around the corner. Our only complaints were that there was no washing machine as listed, no WiFi or internet as listed, and no responses from host during our stay. "

"Ein großes Lob an unsere Vermieter! Das Ferienhaus hat unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Die Ausstattung ist topp! Sogar ein Sodastream ist vorhanden. "We enjoyed our stay. Great location, very close to S-bahn 8/9 (one stop from FRA AP). Nicely decorated. Only negative for me is that the bathroom vanity is high for me since I'm petite but still worked out. They had large bath towels that is rare. We met the daughter as we were leaving, and she was coming in and chatted with her briefly letting her know that we enjoyed our stay."

"Neighborhood in Mainz was delightful! Sleeping arrangements as advertised - two bedrooms which sleep 2 each on 2nd floor, and one bedroom with other beds/futons on top floor. Kitchen was a bit underequipped compared to our other European VRBO experiences - no vegetable peeler, no saucepans smaller than multiple gallon, very minimal spices. Kitchen not really equipped to cook. Backyard is NOT AS ADVERTISED - overgrown and unkempt waist high grass made it unusable except patio and table directly...

"We had a short five day stay in July 2023. The property was very convenient and located in a lovely hamlet close to Woorsatdt, close to and easily accessible from the A61 and A63 Autobahns in a beautiful setting amongst vineyards. Our hostess made us very welcome and she was very helpful as we tried to communicate with very little German and English. There is lots to see and do. We have no hesitation in recommending this property."

"The property is surrounded by beautiful fields and vineyards in a non-touristy part of the area, but also close to towns like Mainz, Wiesbaden and Heidelberg. Very close to local supermarkets too. It was great for us - clean & well appointed. Only downsides were no Wi-Fi (which we knew about beforehand) and the property on-site wine tasting was shut for a holiday whilst we were there."

"Für uns war der Aufenthalt nicht unproblematisch. Wir sind nach einer Nacht abgereist. Der Vermieter zeigte sich sehr kooperativ und hat uns zwei Übernachtungen erstattet. "The Houseboat Villa Nautica is not for everyone. My wife and I are 70 and enjoy staying in unique accommodations such as the tented camps in Kenya. We are self-sufficient and are comfortable living out of our two carry-on bags. We own property in the Rocky Mountains in Canada and love having our morning coffee on our deck watching the wildlife that call this part of the world home.
