"We were looking for an uncrowded, quiet and quaint lodging option. Wonderful staff, beautiful walks on the beach, incredible room views and the Blue Conch restaurant is delicious. Recommend a car to explore island. Staff arranged taxi to GGT and Emerald Bay Marina. Highly recommend if you are NOT looking for big resort vibe."

"Villa Oceania is in a great location, gorgeous beach, well appointed, comfortable, and clean. Lynda, the property manager, was a great communicator, kind and helpful. We had a large group of 11 extended family member ranging in age from 11 to 76. We were all very happy with the accommodations and Exuma overall. Couldn’t recommend both more highly"

"Walking in to the house we were immediately in awe of the beautiful view from the front door through the home to the infiniti pool and gorgeous beach. The home was very clean and had a good supply of extras to make our vacation nice. Plenty of dishes, dish soap, laundry soap, beach chairs, towels, etc. Loved the nice touch of having throw blankets! Only had a couple days when the water was calm enough to get in but even with the waves, we loved sitting on our private beach. It isn't a huge beach but at lower tide, you could walk to either side and access more beach area if you wanted. The generator was a huge plus as the power went out. Within 10 minutes, someone came by & switched it on. Would NOT want to be in Exuma without this feature! We loved sitting in the hot tub but the pool was a little too chilly for most of us over the age of 11. Felt very safe in this location and Exuma in general. Definetly plan ahead and bring some frozen meat with you. We didn't love the meat selection at the grocery on island. Only thing we would suggest is better pillows...Overall, we had a great trip, great weather and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks for sharing your home with us!"

"This is the most beautiful home, from the second you drive in the driveway! The home is fully furnished with top of the line everything, beautiful interior (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, family room/dining table), the back patio area/pool are a sight like no other! An amazing beach right at the back of the house! You can never get tired of those views! The owner was super responsive and the property managers were wonderful too! We will be coming back to this house for sure!!!!!! This is a first class home! "

"My family of 8 adults spent 6 nights in Great Exuma at Island Time. It was a magical trip and highlighted by such a beautiful, cozy, modern home! Every detail is perfection. Patrick, the house manager, was very attentive and helped us immediately if we were in need. Our itinerary included a private excursion with Exuma water sports / rented a boat and spent the day at The Coconut Club and Chat n Chill on Stocking Island/ a Hydrosports water bike ride through the Lazy River/ fun beach day at Cocoplum beach/ and much time by our own beautiful pool and walks on the gorgeous beach outside our door! "The house was perfect for the two of us: a little older, more charming and a short walk to beautiful Jimmy Hill beach. A rental car is helpful for the drive to Georgetown and exploring the island. One sad thing is that trash gets left around the island. Enjoyed Tim's (on the beach a half mile away), Shirley's (on the way to Georgetown), the sushi at Exuma Yacht Club in Georgetown and a beachfront bar in Williamstown, Little Exuma."

"Coconut Breeze was everything we could have hoped for! The house was immaculate, the pool and beach access were fantastic, and Sidney was super responsive when my 5 year old locked us out of the bathroom. Despite being less than a mile from the airport, we never heard a single plane. I highly recommend this amazing property! "
