Twenty Three B is a first floor apartment comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests over 3 bedrooms. The two main double bedrooms both accommodate superior quality king size ‘zip and link' double beds (which can separate to create 2 singles if requested), plus the 3rd bedroom is set up with a pair of adult sized bunkbeds.
The main bathroom has been recently refurbished to a high specification, fitted with a generous walk in shower, separate bath, toilet and wash hand basin. The master bedroom also benefits from an en-suite shower room.
The kitchen has also been recently refurnished and comes fitted with all essential mod cons including an electric double oven, integral fridge and freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
The living room and kitchen are open plan and separated by a dining table and chairs with the living area boasting a large corner reclining leather sofa, a large flat screen smart TV, sound bar and music speaker.
All bedding and towelling is provided, with a mid term maid cleaning service available on request. Additional linen is available at £25 per set to include 1 medium bath towel.
Child cots, highchairs and stairgates also available at no extra cost. (If cots are provided guests are asked to please bring their own childs bedding).
In addition to the rental cost we ask our guests for a security deposit, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage.
Some of our properties have age restrictions, such as where we feel it would not be suitable for younger all adult groups, such as within quiet residential areas where noise may be an issue. All bookings are subject to Owners' Discretion. Our star system is based on current English standards
