"Hotel didn’t have out reservation even after we had paid for it - took an hour to check in at midnight - parking lot was full of random activity and people all hours of night and hall ways smelled like weed. It is pleasing in the fall, but the town is pretty dead and I think caters to the neighboring casinos. I am not big on casinos, but I visited to just see them. (Mohegan Sun feels more fun than Foxwoods.) I just think there could be more otherwise.

A nice little country area, pleasant roads. Enjoyed Mystic Village and down town. See the draw bridge, and eat in next door to it I forget the name .

Convenient to Mystic but quiet and relaxing. Beautiful area.

Didn’t get to see much except in and out and Foxwoods. Roads are kinda narrow and hilly and winding so travel cautiously.
