"The apartment above me had the stairs right on the wall where the head board for the bed is. The property can’t control the guests staying in the room above but could hear the conversations all night and the stomping up and down by children and adults alike meant my kid free relax and read night away did not go as planned this room needs to be booked out with the upper apartment as was not a good experience. Mould in shower recess needs attention-and on bathroom roof. Light in bathroom needed...

"Was stranded outside the house for over 1.5 hour trying to get in touch with expedia and the home owner by international call ($$$). The service was not friendly AT ALL and even wanted to refund us without giving any alternative solution when we couldnt enter the property after almost 2 hours. Upon entering, the house looks ok until you take a closer look, its dusty and dirty. The bed has poop on it, not sure lizard or what insects. Also, asked the owner simple questions like wifi but it was NOT...

"We had a lovely stay at Seachange. Just some things to suggest to improve on… provide enough dishwashing tablets for the time the guests are staying, make sure the doona covers are washed as one had white residue (similar to toothpaste), spider webs need to be cleaned. Underneath lounges were very dirty, which we would not normally notice but we had something roll under and had to move lounge and it was filthy underneath. Also the basin tap in upstairs bathroom is leaking and needs...
