"Overall the stay was nice. Elevator to the 8th floor was being repaired so we had to use the service elevator in the back of the hotel. It was a hike because this place is very large. Check-in staff was nice and accommodating. Room could use some vacuuming around the edges but overall it was clean. The bed was too firm for me and the ac compressor was on and off all night. There were plenty of towels which were nice and fluffy. Breakfast was the usual continental. I would stay here again. "

"It was great. My only complaint was the lighting in the room is quite dark (lots of lamps but all of low wattage) so seeing the finer things as an older person was a challenge unless you went into the bathroom, then it was blinding."

"The customer service was excellent. The room was nice and updated. The bathroom was fairly clean. Housekeeping was excellent and friendly! The bed was fairly comfortable but was clean with freshly washed linens. Parking and access to the room was great! I would stay again at this hotel! Reasonably and completely priced. "
