"There is no elevator and it was not mentioned. It was also not mentioned that if you need wheelchair/handicap room you have to request when you book. The room we were to have was not available so they gave us an upgrade free of charge on the first floor. Staff was not trained so we got charged the difference for the upgraded room. Luckily, I make sure there are blocks to extra charges but it tried to charge every night. At first the manager was very defensive when we brought up the issue but she...
