The accommodation provides direct access to the pistes. You can ski to and from the apartment, with access to all the ski lifts at Lech and Zürs as far as Warth and St. Anton. There are very good hotels and restaurants nearby, within a five-minute walk. The Oberlech cable car runs daily until 1 in the morning and is three minutes from the apartment.

The private apartment house has just seven apartments, mostly used exclusively by the owners at the weekend. The apartment is elegant with modern furnishing. The kitchen is fully-equipped, including a Nespresso machine. There is a room in the entrance area for skis and ski boots.

There is a big balcony on the south side.

In summer a new 9-hole golf course and wonderful hiking routes await you, as well as waymarked biking routes. Crystal clear waters await fly fishers. You will be staying in a place where famous film stars and politicians go on holiday.
