"Excellent staff, really nice and helpful. My room was very comfortable, great bed, lovely linens and towels and brilliant pillows! I had a great sleep. Good shower room with toilet and sink, very nice shower gel, soap and small body lotion, nice quality. Great kitchen area really well stocked with pans, dishes and cutlery..one of the best kitchens I have used. There are some good changes since the last time I was here, I can recommend Sejours & Affaires and will definitely stay here again. "

"Pros: Good location with free parking. Check in was quick. Its a coworking space with a gaming room. My kids absolute loved it. Huge common area you can chill out and grab a drink. Room was big enough for 3 persons. Cons: rooms allocated on the ground floor just right next to a bar table. People were drinking outside my room till 11:30. Difficult for me to get a sleep. Toilet was small and shabby. No air conditioning but it should be normal in France. It was abit hot if you sleep on the sofa...

"Used as a stop from the port when driving from UK to disneyland paris. We arrived after midnight and was greeted by a lovely receptionist who escorted us the our accommodation. "It seems that the host has a special opinion about what "Lux" means. When we arrived at the place, it was quite cold and there was no guidance on how to turn on the heating and the thermostats on the radiators were covered with rubber, preventing us from adjusting the temperature. Additionally, there wasn't enough bedding for the three of us. Only one bed was prepared, and I had to personally go to the host owned hotel to complain and ask for extra bedding. Same issue with the towels. I booked...

"The hotel was ‘quirky’ - lots of ephemera around - pictures, ornaments etc. But that is why we chose it.The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful.The lift was from an another era, but in a good way. The breakfast was ok. It was situated within walking distance of the main tourist destinations."

"We have just stayed here, first weekend in November. It is a very modern and clean hotel, with very helpful, efficient and friendly staff. Our room was well sound-proofed, had separate toilet and bathroom with shower cubicle and a bath, comfortable beds, tea/coffee making facilities, fridge and a microwave. We also had the breakfast which is €18.50 per adult, kids eat free. This made it a very affordable price for a family. They were also very happy to provide our daughter with some gluten free bread which we were so grateful for as we found it difficult to find gluten free places in Lille. Amazing place and wouldn't hesitate to return!"
