This historic property is hosted by a lovely owner and is located above one of the most prominent strolling streets. During a flash rainstorm we sat on the balcony above and watched the entourage of people walking by while sipping wine. It was a perfect stay in every sense. I highly recommend and hope to return.

A unique experience staying in authentic historic property with all the old furnishings, centre of the city so short walk to all attractions, bars, shops and restaurants. Nikos was an excellent host providing suggestions for day trips and bus/train timetables. Excellent variety of food for breakfast, presentation was excellent.

A wonderful place to stay. Our host was very kind and helpful and was able to answer any questions. Highly recommended for its location and ease to walk to from the train station. Also, very safe. We would definitely return. All the rooms were large a nicely appointed. If you like B and B's. This is the place for you.

Amazing B&B in the centre of Lecce
We had an amazing stay at Historical Suites VVM - it's an absolutely gorgeous building in the centre of the old town, and very easy to walk to lots of restaurants, shops and sights. We felt like royalty staying there, the rooms are big and beautiful, service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here to anyone, and I only wish we had spent more time in Lecce.

Great location very close to everything! The manager Nikos was very welcoming, helpful and efficient. A good breakfast delivered to room exactly at the time ordered. Very big room with fabulous old world charm and ambience in keeping with their name. Would definitely stay again.

This property is absolutely wonderful ! The decoration is great and so is the bathroom and shower ! The location is perfect, close to the train station and in the middle of everything ! Nikos is such a great host (the best !) he gave us a warm welcoming and provided great advice for things to see and where to eat. The breakfast was wonderful and delicious ! Alojarnos en esta maravillosa casa, con todos su mobiliario y detalles antiguos ha sido como un viaje al pasado. Además del increíble ambiente, nuestra suite era muy amplia y cómoda y a pesar de que contábamos con balcones con vistas a una de las calles principales, muy silenciosa. Porque uno de sus mayores atractivos es su fantástica ubicación, en pleno centro histórico, muy cerca de la catedral. Además nos resultó muy conveniente tener aparcamiento en la misma propiedad. El desayuno, delicioso, variado y presentado con mimo. Nos costará olvidar los pasticciotos recién hechos. Pero lo mejor de todo fue la atención de Nikos, que se desvivió para facilitar nuestra estancia y visita a la magnífica ciudad de Lecce. Es un encanto y nos proporcionó toda la información posible.

On y sent parfaitement bien, adresse pratique.
Le cadre historique avec un style très baroque, chambre et séjour sont très spacieux. On y sent très bien. Le hôte Nikkos est particulièrement sympathique, il nous a accueilli comme il se doit et nous a bien expliqué les conseils pour visiter Lecce.

Location, location location! And so much more!
Like stepping into a time capsule, staying at Vincenza and Nikos's lovingly-restored B&B was like walking into an 1890's museum, but with all the comforts of home. Half block from the Duomo in the historic old city, you'll have a large living room and large (modern) bathroom all to yourself. Elevator, access to parking for a small fee (ask for this when you make your reservation - and ask for driving directions, too, as GPS is misleading and leads to too many challenging twists and turns on tiny Italian streets). The host and hostess are lovely, accommodating, allowed us a late check-out, welcomed us with a map and got us oriented, made restaurant accommodations (and spoke English far better than I speak Italian). We will be returning for sure! FYI, You will need to phone or WhatsApp the host upon arrival in order to enter.

Royal Palace experience of a lifetime in Lecce
Nikos, the host is great and helpful through out. The bed room and ante-rooms are palacial. Onsite parking is an attraction in the middle of historic part. Once you reach the hotel, no need to drive. Everything at a walking distance. Nikos made reservations for dinners on all the three nights. On the last day of leaving Nikos allowed to use the room facilities quite late which was helpful.
