Very clean, clean, clean & in center of everything
I've been to many B & B hotels and this was the best one that I found to be very clean, clean, clean spacious and comfortable. When I walked in the room it smelled nice and was surprised to find fine chocolates on the bed. The owner was very nice, helpful with everything and made sure of that or she would not leave the place. The room was well lit, equipped with WI-FI that actually functioned, a coffee machine, nice big screen TV, small refrigerator that contained water and snacks. I was very satisfied and will definitely return to B&B Dolce Primula with my family on the next visit to Lecce. A wonderful place. Good spot, close by to the center of everything and peaceful area. I enjoyed my stay at B&B Dolce Primula and will certainly recommend it to everyone.

Aldina e Domenico due persone simpatiche e molto disponibili,hanno rilevato da poco il BB La mia camera era al pian terreno con ingresso indipendente,camera che veniva pulita quotidianamente,unico neo negativo,le pareti sottilissime,c'è stata solo una sera che nell appartamento sopra il mio una coppia ha fatto casino sino a tarda notte,lei usando scarpe con tacchi,parlando a voce troppo alta,pavimento in legno o addirittura forse era una sorta di soppalco e pareti troppo sottili Per il resto il soggiorno è stato piacevole,se ritornero' a Lecce,sicuramente andro' ancora da Domenico e Aldina

Es una casa del casco antiguo. Se llega rápidamente al centro de Lecce. La wifi ni funcionaba en la habitación pero si en la calle. El baño hacía mucho ruido.

Der aufenthalt war super. Wir wurden sofort herzlich aufenommen und mit köstlichkeiten und spezialitäten der region verwöhnt. Man befindet sich nur wenige meter vom zentrum entfernt und daher kann man alles ganz leicht zu fuß erreichen.

Dimenticate le recensioni negative legate alla vecchia gestione della struttura, la sig.ra Solange ci ha accolto con cortesia e disponibilità ed è sempre stata pronta ad accogliere le nostre richieste. La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi da porta San Biagio, e buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Inoltre le camere sono state recentemente ristrutturate. Consigliato

simpatico strategico comodo
ottima accoglienza e massima premura, unita ad una colazione varia e abbondante con frutta fresca, yogurt e alla bisogna ci hanno portato altro caffè in aggiunta, televisore funzionante con un comodo divano biposto, efficiente wi-fi, a pochi passi una eccellente pasticceria e per i più pigri anche trattorie e pizzeria oltre a un rivenditore automatico di bevande a poco prezzo. Nella mia stanza il bagno non è in una posizione strategica potrebbe fare la differenza ma non più di tanto. aria condizionata efficiente. per raggiungere il posto: <MASSIMA ATTENZIONE ALLA ZTL SEGNALETICA INSUFFICIENTE X EVITARE MULTE !!!>

Alla larga dal "Dolce Primula"
La responsabile (o presunta tale), sig.a Beatrice, ritengo sia assolutamente inadatta a gestire una struttura ricettiva: arrivato in tarda mattinata, in assenza di altro personale che potesse operare il check in e col pos fuoriuso, col beneplacito del personale al momento presente ho rimandando il pagamento alla sera, il tempo di recuperare del contanti presso uno sportello bancomat: raggiungendomi telefonicamente, la sig.a Beatrice ha inteso sottintendere che stessi temporeggiando per non saldare il dovuto... Peccato, perché la struttura è accogliente e meriterebbe ben altra conduzione.

Arrivato mi son triovato ad aspettare l'assegnazione della camera prenotata perchè era stata data ad un altro gruppo.Una volta assegnata la camera hanno voluto il pagamento anticipato in contanti senza ricevuta.Letti scomodissimi, bagno non in camera.Posiazione dell'hotel ottima per visitare la città.

abbiamo prenotato al centro di lecce, ci hanno sbarcato in un altra struttura in periferia, per carità eravamo solo noi in casa, quindi buono!, ma per arrivare al centro bisognava prendere la macchina. Nessun rispetto del cliente da parte della reception, nonostante il ragazzo che ci ha mostrato la casa sia stato gentilissimo, e sia venuto ad aiutarci per un inconveniente successo in casa. la casa era anche un pò sporca devo dire!

pessimo meglio una tenda sulla spiaggia
Le foto sono solo del meglio, il bagno in camera non aveva neanche l'aspiratore, wifi non esistente, pulizia solo a richiesta, trovata blatta gigante nel bagno, colazione cornetti del discount e neanche il latte, una macchinetta a gettoni che funzionava male, ai problemi la proprietaria risponde in giro si trova di peggio è un B&B non un hotel .... allucinante sconsiglio vivamente ora sono 2 giorni che sto in un altro b&b fantastico allo stesso prezzo ...

niente privacy, alle 9 del mattino vi ritroverete la sign.delle pulizie in camera senza bussare e verrete svegliati alle 8 dalle sue urla. il bagno ricavato sul balcone in un mini sgabuzzino senza finestre e con una puzza di fogna assurda.la camera è confortevole,con aria condizionata ma vi consiglio di dare un occhiata sotto il letto...
