I got there to check in after a long day with they kids coming from outta town for a baseball tournament and was told they lost my reservation due to system change over with no heads up dont use any of this its all crap i wont be booking with them again

The area doesn’t look the safest. When we went in and got our room key we noticed how dingy the place is. Got up to our room and we had to shove our body into our door to get it to even open. The room smelt and there were stains on the comfortor. We went to Walmart, got sheets and blankets and febreeze and brought it back. We knew we paid and wouldn’t be getting our money back and we’re only using the room to sleep between lacrosse tournaments. The bathroom was disgusting, there was rust/mold around the windows and the refrigerator didn’t work. Refrigerator cabinet was broken. The mattresses on the bed were ripped on the side. The place was disgusting but there wasn’t anything else around to switch to with the lacrosse tournaments in the area and we already paid for the room.

The hotel smelled like a mix of must, moth balls and cigarettes. The bedroom curtains were covered in tar and the bed was damp. We were in the room for 5 minutes and my daughter threw up from the smell so we left. I was not able to get my money which is insane considering the hotel should be condemned.

Well the pool doesn't look anything like the brochure. With its sparkling water .In.fact its not even accessible. And housekeeping doesnt respect checkout at 11. They kept coming to my room and trying to open it. I feel like I was being pushed out the foor so they could get an early start.

There was no top on the toilet tank. No pillows on the bed. Bathtub was rusty and had broken ceramic. We didn’t stay. Left fifteen minutes after arriving. Staff would not refund our money. We went to a Hampton Inn instead.

We were sent to a building in back that was not fit for a homeless shelter....and in fact may be used for that. The furniture and beds were not good enough for the Salvation Army (no kidding), the toilet paper hanger was broken off the wall, there was no handle on the sink faucet and the dirt was in layers around the window and elsewhere. Asked for a room change and got one in the main building that was barely acceptable. Their elevator didn't work. This place should be shut down. Don Dodd

It was horrible. I arrived late Saturday evening and the lady at the desk was having a conversation on her cell phone the ENTIRE check-in. The elevator was not working so I had to walk up 3 flights of stairs which was unbelievably scary. The stairwell is dirty, walls everything nasty. The worst part is I got to my room and there was long strands of brown hair on the bed. One of the drawers was pulled open. So I called the front desk and was placed in an another room. That room was a little better but there was what looked like public hair in the tub. And the walls were very thin but I was so tired none of that seemed to prevent me from falling and staying asleep. Lastly the latch on the room door did not work so if someone opened the door from the outside there was nothing stopping them from entering my room. I just took a small table and placed it up against the door. I’ll never ever visit this hotel or ones in the area. I was in Lebanon, PA for one night. 😕
