Immerse yourself in the beauty that is this spacious, Mountain Lodge! When you arrive to this custom built home, you'll walk into a large, open kitchen and great room with high ceilings. The 6 bedrooms are located in wings away from the kitchen, living rooms & upstairs game loft and theater so you can always find privacy!

Maximum guests is 12 (includes children) & no day guests per the Chelan County STR Code that is strictly enforced. (No Bachelor or Bachelorette Parties.)

Perfect for families & groups who want to enjoy each other but not perfect for parties including bachelor & bachelorette parties (please do not reserve as we'll have to decline).

Main floor has a large open kitchen w/ double fridges & stoves, large living room, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Upstairs has a Home Theater Room w/ 12 custom movie seats, a large gaming area w/ Foosball, Shuffleboard, Xbox and a TV. And 4 more bedrooms and a full bathroom.

Full size kitchen includes multiple sets of dishes, utensils, pots & pans etc.

There is a Bathroom on each floor and each have provided Soap, Shampoo & Conditioner.

ROKU Smart TV w/ Dish Satellite & DVD Player

Large Outdoor space w/ the following amenities:

- During Winter months, the property is fully plowed and the county takes care of the main roads and neighborhood. The Marianne Lodge is located on flat grounds.

We had the most wonderful time!
We really loved our stay at the Marian Lodge. It was absolutely perfect for our family. It is a drive to get to Leavenworth but surrounding area beautiful and is full of outdoor activities.

Family getaway
This cabin was awesome. The kids had a great time. The games and trails kept everyone busy and happy. It is close enough to the restaurants and shops to enjoy them but far away enough to be peaceful. It would be perfect for a family reunion. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Family Home
The Marianne was a perfect home for our family. Beautiful location and setting. It was very private and exactly as described in the booking information. It was very clean and instructions on checking in and out were very thorough. We were about 30 minutes from Leavenworth. The whole family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brunner’s Lodge-Marianne.

Quality Family Time
This home was everything we wanted to just relax and hang out together. The kitchen was huge with 2 fridges and 2 ovens. Rooms were cozy, beds comfortable. Plenty to do while there. We had a rainy weekend so we did not get outside much but the inside was spacious and the game room and theatre room kept everyone happy.

Beautiful Home
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Much more stunning in person than the pictures online. Lots of room and the kitchen was perfect for our family to cook together. Management was great making sure roads were clear of snow. The drive from Leavenworth was definitely curvy and a little scary during a snow storm, takes about 30 minutes, the plus side is the road crews definitely make it easy to get around. Highly recommend a stay here...

Thanksgiving Getaway
We went for a Thanksgiving Holiday, 11 of us, and this home was so perfect! It had absolutely everything you could imagine! Great Theater Room with 12 comfortable seats. The kids all kept saying they have thought of everything:-)). The only downside was the squeaky floors for the home comfort and room made up for that. Thank you for a great vacation! Will return;-))

Family Get Away
Beautiful home. Lots of spaces. Great for large groups. I don't want to be negative. . . but, there were a few issues. hot tub was dirty. wearing socks, they were black on the bottoms. outside needed some TLC, tables were dirty, cigars butts on the ground. for the money we spent, I don't want to do laundry.

Stay in Levenworth
It is a beautiful home with plenty of room the only thing is you are listed as its in Levenworth and its not its in plains, and you say that its only mins from Levenworth and you are not ,you are 49 min from Levenworth up in the mountains, you need to correct that for future renters, but it is a beautiful home and we enjoyed it very much, , and if we were to gi again i would surely think abiut staying here again, ut was a little bit overpriced, maybe if you lowered price you would get more renters

This is simply a beautiful property. It was clean and fully equipped. Loved all the amenities and games to be played. The tetherball was a special surprise, brought me back to elementary. I would definitely stay here again! I highly recommend !

Winter Wonderland!
10 of us (all family ranging from 6 to 82 yrs) just spent the weekend a Marianne's lodge. It was PERFECT. The kitchen is gigantic and perfect for several family members joining in meal prep. The entire house was immaculate. The location is perfect - close enough to activities should you choose to do them but also secluded enough to just hunker down and enjoy family. The game room was a real hit with the kids! Brandon, the house manager, was really attentive and responded promptly to our questions. We are already talking about booking for next year.

Family gathering
We had a family gathering with our adult kids from across the country and our 3 grandkids under age 6 to celebrate a 60th birthday. We had unseasonably warm October weather. The property was exactly as described and we enjoyed every bit of it. The little kids played on the outside toys, young adults played chess on the outside big set, we grilled outdoors, baked cookies and pies indoors, and played board games evenings at the huge dining table. Aside from not being able to have an outdoor fire (and smores) due to fire risk out of all control, everything about the stay was absolutely wonderful. While it was a bit of a distance from Leavenworth, we enjoyed having a reason to stay onsite and visit. It took a little bit to figure out the tech--TV and movie room but that's probably a slow user issue. Again, comfortable with loads of options and amenities for every age! Thank you!

The manager Brandon is awesome. Great communication and very kind! The kitchen was so well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. The smoke from the fires was extremely bad but with the amazing house theater and games we still had fun.

We will return to this magnificent home!
The Marianne lodge was wonderful for our 6 couples. We had so much fun watching the Olympics in the theater. We played shuffleboard and foosball. We were so happy to have comfortable beds for everyone. The management staff was professional and helped us with all our problems. We had fun skiing and sipping wine in Plain!

We rented the lodge for Christmas. We absolutely loved it! So many fun things to do. They put up a beautifully decorated tree and little accents through the home. We will be back next year!

Relaxing girls weekend
Spending time at this beautiful, spacious lodge made our girl's weekend a huge success. There was ample space for all of us and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and great room space created a very comfortable place to cook and have great conversations. The 4 girls had so much fun outdoors playing and we certainly enjoyed the hot tub. We will definitely be back!
