The scenic community of Plain is one and a half miles away, where you'll find wine tasting at Plain Cellars, a summertime farmers market, souvenirs and cross-country ski rentals at Plain Hardware, and a couple of dining options. Lake Wenatchee State Park is six miles away, offering a great spot for swimming, boating, or hiking. In the winter, the park features over 10 miles of cross-country ski trails as well. If you're searching for more dining and shopping, annual festivals, and an abundance of charm, be sure to make the beautiful 15-mile drive to the Bavarian-inspired village of Leavenworth.

Enjoyable
We enjoyed the 3 days, everything was nice and cleaned and comfortable, very calm and relaxing, the starter pack was more than enough for a family of 4, Not too far from downtown Leavenworth , only downfall was maybe they could of cut the grass in the front property to make it presentable and the trash can outside was full, we couldn’t throw the trash away. Other than that we enjoyed the stay.

Quiet getaway
Very nice, comfortable cabins with everything we needed and a very comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Clean and lots of amenities. We enjoyed the puzzles, tv and snow! Couldn’t find any directions on what we needed to do prior to check out.

Really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was warm and had everything we needed. A lot of snow, but we had no issues getting in and out of the driveway (with a 4WD). Our dog also loved the ‘new place’ and all the snow.

Cozy Clean Cabin
We loved the location of this cabin tucked away in the woods and just a 20 minute drive from Leavenworth. There is a small little grocery store just 2 minutes away with the kindest cashiers. Sitting on the back patio and listening to the river was very relaxing. The layout made the cabin feel much bigger than it actually was. Thank you for such a fun weekend.

Amazing cabin
Everything was so clean, more than enough dishes and eating utensils, multiple fans, unbelievable selection of dvds, quiet area and amazing river to be on. Only downfall was the steep hill to get to the river, but should’ve checked out other reviews for that. Definitely worth it!!!! Will be coming back.

The low price is low for a reason
The view of the river is nice but the cabin sits above an extremely steep incline with no safety railing and decks are in extreme disrepair. Furniture is extremely soiled, top bunk is missing a safety rail, kitchen is under stocked. If you just need a place to crash while skiing, this would probably work. For a family vacation pick a cleaner and better maintained property. Also plan to buy toilet paper because they don't stock extra.

Perfect location
We had a great weekend here. It's very dog friendly, it's open concept and couches are covered to allow dogs to be on them as well. It's perfect location on the river and close to Plain and Lake Wenatchee. You can walk to Plain via pesdestrian bridge about a mile down the road for about a 30-40 min walk to Old Mill Cafe, Plain Hardware and ski trails. It's a steep walk to get to the river at the property but it provides beautiful view! Currently the house number isn't out at the street so it's easy to miss.

Nice Quiet Cabin
Overall nice family cabin! Patio furniture needs updating and we visited in the summer so the yard looks a little different than the winter pictures. We thought the bank of the river was closer but it is a little steep and challenging to get down to. Good location for day trip to Leavenworth and quick drive the the lake.

Great property with access to the river!
My friend, her 2 kids and my 2 dogs loved the property. The kids and dogs had a great time exploring the property and going down the trail to play in the river. My friend and i enjoyed sitting on the back patio enjoying the river view during the day and the stars at night. Rooms were spacious and location was great for visiting Leavenworth. There's a grocery store and restaurant within a 5 min drive. It's extremely peaceful and quiet and you can hear the church bells on Sunday.

Overall thought the property was great. Only issue was with teenage children and not having cable television. DVD system was also confusing as we had to use the playstation. Very comfortable as it had all the necessities.

Communication from the property manager was terrible. The Wi-Fi button does not work. The cleaning place left a full can of trash so there was no where to put our garbage. The location was great we enjoyed the river but those two things could make this day better

Nice, but needs work.
Overall the cabin looked nice. The landscaping, it the lack there of left a lot to be desired. The cabin was surrounded by weeds, with the exception of the driveway. The back patio which could have been really nice needs to be blown off and pressure washed. The inside of the cabin itself was clean if you were comparing it to a college frat house. The couch had stains and looked like something you would get off of Craigslist for free. One of the beds looked like there was blood on it, and the sheets were filthy. I give it 3 stars for the location, which is awesome. With a bit of elbow grease and some new couches, this cabin would be amazing.

We enjoyed our stay, and loved the property. The coffee pot in the coffee maker cracked on our third day in, and we never received an acknowledgment of a response. The only contact we had, was on vacation. I tried email and messaging Vacasa , since this was non-emergent, but that didn’t help at all. That part was incredibly frustrating. We were there for over a week, so it would have been nice to eventually have it replaced. It would be nice to have a better system to contact Vacasa for non-emergent situations.

Beautiful little cabin. Perfect setting. Excellent experience with the management. We really enjoyed our experience except... Reason for 4 stars: The house was not well cleaned. Dog hair all over the furniture. The furniture was stained and dirty and not cleaned. Floors hadn't been well cleaned, especially within 6 inches of the wall. Everything smelled like Fabreeze had been sprayed on it, but it hadn't been cleaned. We contacted the management and they were awesome. They resolved our concerns and promised that they would remedy the situation. So, I hope that the cleaning crew has improved their standards for future clients because it was only the low quality of cleaning, especially in the living area, that kept this from being a higher review. Hint to future guests: Contact the management right away if you notice a cleanliness problem.

Cute House, Terrible Wi-fi
The house was great! Everything was clean and pretty well stocked. The beds were great and comfortable. I had 5 teenagers with me and all the beds were perfect. There were tons of DVD's and several video games. But the wifi was terrible! It worked for about 10 minutes at a time and then you had to reset the modem. This was especially annoying/ dangerous because I had no cell service out there. The only other bad thing was that the lock on the front door sticks. You have to really push down on the handle to get it to lock. At first, I couldn't get it to lock and tried to call the number to report it, but had no cell service. So I emailed and got no reply. I finally figured it out after playing with it for a while. The house overlooks the river and is a 5-minute drive from a beautiful beach on the lake. Overall, a great trip! Would definitely return if they fixed the wifi!!

Quiet spot by the river
Quiet spot by the river about 20 minutes from Leavenworth. Was really nice to make a cup of cocoa and sit outside enjoying the view. Just my husband and our small dog on this trip, the king size bed was very comfortable. The cabin was very well stocked with spices, a lot of movies and games to play. My suggestions for the owner: • A dark couch or leather.. it won’t show wear as much especially with allowing dogs. • Move furniture to look at opposite wall than you have it now.. the tv would be much better on the large wall. It is hazardous where it is placed now with the shelf below when coming out of bathroom we both almost ran into it. • A coffee pot.. I saw filters but maybe someone broke pot before we came? • Replace kitchen faucet.. it’s hard to maneuver with the piece missing. • A stopper in bathtub would be nice 😊 Such a large tub but unable to take a bath. • Barbecue needs to be replaced or fixed.. was unable to light it. These items were not deal breakers!! We loved the place. Just wanted to bring them to your attention. Thanks for a great time!

The cabin was beautiful, but upon our arrival going into the bathroom, first thing we find is three dead bugs, a spider and beetles in the butt bathtub dead my husband almost had a severe head injury from the TV shelf that is so dangerously in the way has a noodle on it, but of course it slid off. You could bash your brains out, going into the bathroom very dangerous, I’ve stayed in over 50 B&B‘s and this is the second time I’ll ever complain about one. The furniture was grotesque absolutely filthy the white couches we had to put towels on them. They had sheets on them cushions. We put towels over the arm rest just have a place to set , the dishes in the cupboard weren’t any better coffee pot was filthy and all the dishes they look like they got it Goodwill they probably have better at Goodwill and the linens on the bed were stained. Thank God we brought a few throws from our house that’s what we use for our bedding . The nice outdoors that you see where you could have a fire they didn’t scrape the snow so you couldn’t even use the outdoor fire pit which was really disappointing. Plus they don’t even give you a house number to find the cabin you would just have to figure it out on your GPS that you went by it . There is no cable or TV other than a bunch of movies and in the master bedroom you can’t even watch anything cause there’s nothing hooked up to the TV. Tell the owners definitely doesn’t care about the customers comfort. It’s no 15 mins to town it’s 40 in snow. Beware!

Just an incredibly well kept property. Very quiet and tranquil. Immediately felt at home when my wife and I walked in as did both our doggies. Very clean and a great selection of DVD movies! Place has ALL you need with a fantastic view of the river. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

The inside of the house was OK. The kitchen could be better supplied. The bedroom worked out great. The outside needs a lot of work. We couldn’t believe the amount of junk scattered all around. The collapsed garage and dilapidated Lowe deck should be removed from the property. They are a hazard. I think I’ll skip this rental the next time.
