• This charming home is truly designed for living in the mountains. On the main floor, the master bedroom/bath features a queen bed, Jacuzzi tub, shower, walk-in closet. The main floor also includes a fireplace, powder room, and nice-sized laundry room with washer/dryer, perfect for hanging/storing winter gear and drying out your ski clothes at the end of the day. The upper level includes a cozy loft, perfect for curling up with a good book, 2 queen bedrooms and full bathroom.

• A fully-equipped kitchen with pantry basics, spices, and a large dining table make in-home meals convenient, and many of the restaurants deliver. (Rudloof's Pizza, LaJavelina and Kristall's are just steps away from the house, but if adventuring downtown, be sure to check out Stein, Colchuck's, Sulla Vita, Larch, and Icicle Brewing Company)

PLEASE NOTE, our permit with Leavenworth to rent this home allows a maximum of:
6 (six) people (excluding children under the age of 6). Failure to comply could result in a fine issued by the City which will be charged to the booking guest and a request for extra guests to vacate in order to ensure compliance with the City code.

Beautiful cozy home very close to town

This was such a beautiful home, in the mornings I was able to watch the sun rise over a beautiful piece of water front. For my family of six there was plenty of room for all of us to sleep. We had the privilege of watching it snow for a full day and the owner asked if it would be okay to come and shovel. She made sure we were able to get out if we wanted and was very friendly. Shops were right down the road to explore and buy souvenirs. The local grocery store was 3 miles away. I would love to stay here again during the summer and see the difference. Such a beautiful home.

Great cabin perfect location
This is an exceptional VRBO. The cabin is beautiful and overlooks the icicle river. The location is a 5 minute walk in to downtown Leavenworth. This was our second stay here. Will definitely return!

Great vacation rental.
This house looks just like the photos online. It has a beautiful view and is very close to town. The host was very easy to communicate with. She left us a basket with snacks, wine and coffee! Will stay here again next time we come to Leavenworth.

We had the absolute best time. It is such an awesome location with walking distance to town and the riverfront. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the deers eat apples. The house is clean, pretty, open and perfect for couples! Thank you, thank you!

My two sisters and I came for the weekend. The house is amazing and in easy walking distance for three 60+ year olds to shops, entertainment, and dining. We didn't want to leave! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we could need, there were plenty of towels, pillows, blankets... it was perfect!

Stayed with our two adult children and had a great stay. The house is everything it says in VRBO and more. Loved sitting on back porch looking at deer in yard and the river behind house. House is a in a quiet neighborhood but still a very short walk to town. Close to everything. Very clean and owner thought of everything you may need during your stay. Highly Recommend!!

We were 3 couples staying in Leavenworth and had a wonderful time at this house. The kitchen was amazing, very well stocked.We especially enjoyed the deck in the morning before it got hot!! The location was excellent. A quiet street and easy walk into town and to the waterfront walk. Terry was exceptionally accommodating and went out of her way to help us!!

A+ home and location for Leavenworth
Pretty unique spot, it's literally 2 blocks from 'downtown' Leavenworth but somehow also on a pretty quiet property overlooking the river (on the town-side of the river, too). Parked my car in the driveway the evening we arrived and didn't touch it again until we left a few days later, such a plus! 3BR with the downstairs being the master w/attached bath/shower/tub etc, and the upstairs holds 2 bedrooms that are attached via a shared full BR. Great layout, and shout out to the owner Terry who lives nearby and provided great comms and support (not to mention restaurant suggestions)!
