Red Roof Lodge - Leavenworth

Located just 3 miles from downtown Leavenworth, this spacious 4400 square foot home sits on a 2-acre property and offers breathtaking views. Perfect for retreats, special occasions, family gatherings, reunions, and relaxing getaways, the property features an infinity pool (seasonal), pool house, and numerous amenities.

Please note that we can only accommodate a maximum of 16 guests on the property between the hours of 7AM and 10PM, with 12 guests allowed to stay overnight.

The Red Roof Lodge can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests, with 3 queen beds, 2 twin beds, 1 king bed, and 2 trundle beds. Additionally, we provide four 6-inch foam sleeping mats for extra convenience.

Families are especially welcome at the Red Roof Lodge, as children love the amenities and atmosphere we provide.

During the summer months, guests can enjoy the luxury of the infinity pool, complete with waterfalls and a custom spa that has been featured in Luxury Pool Magazine. Pool toys, floats, and towels are provided for your enjoyment. In the evenings, unwind by the poolside fire pit, enjoy star gazing, or indulge in the hot tub. The pool house and spacious decks offer ample seating for meals, gatherings, and relaxation.

In the winter, guests can marvel at the snowcapped 180-degree mountain views from the comfort of the lodge. Bundle up in a cozy blanket around the fire pit on the upper deck, cozy up by the stove indoors, and soak in the views from the hot tub. As we are situated 500 feet above the village, we typically have snow throughout the winter season.

No matter the time of year, the Red Roof Lodge provides an unforgettable experience with its stunning surroundings, luxurious amenities, and family-friendly atmosphere.

Wonderful place for a family getaway!
We spend a great family weekend at Red Roof. Plenty of room for kids, and adults. We are excited to experience Red Roof in summer and take advantage of the outdoor area.

Fabulous View
Such a great property! Close to town with a FABULOUS view of Leavenworth and the mountains. We enjoyed all the many things to do at the house: hot tub, pool table, ping pong, foosball, multiple TVs, XBox, board games galore, great books, etc.

Amazing cabin
The cabin was beautiful, well equiped and accommodated 7 fellas very comfortably. The view is absolutely incredible. We would have loved to use the pool, but it was frozen solid with the -10⁰ weather. The hot tub was the highlight second only to the sunrises.

Amazing house w/Amazing views and pool with waterfall
From the moment of pulling into the driveway, to opening the front door and seeing the view was Spectacular! The pool was the highlight for all of us. We spent a lot of time in it. The view and waterfalls were breathtaking. Pool table and ping pong were fun as well. We all had plenty of room to spread out. The fact they let our dogs stay was super cool. Jill was very responsive to me. We Will return again. We've rented plenty of houses from may places and this is our favorite by far.

From the moment we arrived we were so happy with our choice to rent the lodge for the few days we did. And by the time we checked out we all agreed to rent it longer the next time. This house is well equipped and our 5 couples had a blast! Pool is amazing and the views are great! Ate outside on the deck nightly! Loved the 2 fire pits at night. Jill is very responsive to questions. We are ready to book for next summer already!

Amazing Stay!
Property was wonderful. Checking in and out instructions easy. Everything we needed from kitchen utensils to bedding and towels. Jill was more than accommodating when called with a couple minor concerns. The property could use a bit of upkeep, but pool and view make up for it! Enjoyed our stay.

Spectacular Pool
If your looking for a pool with a fabulous view, this is it. The house itself was well equipped for our group of elderly to age 5. The house has 2 nice bedrooms and the others are down stairs which was not explained well in the listing. It was the pool that made the stay worth it. Beautiful views.

Absolutely spectacular home and setting
This was our third year in a row staying at the Red Roof Lodge and once again it did not disappoint! We stayed this year for 5 nights and had plenty of room for all. The home was very clean and the beds were all very comfortable. The kids had a great time just playing in the pool which may be one of the best in Washington State. The owner Jill was always available and replied quickly to any questions we had during the stay. We look forward to going again next year.

Amazing house, great owners to work with
The house is amazing! Our second year back and we'll visit again. No complaints at all and working with Jill is easy. She's very accommodating and responsive. You will love the property! If traveling with small kids, as we did, bring a baby gate as the stairs are steep.

Incredible Pool and Cabana
Wonderful property for a large family. Fully stocked kitchen with equipment. Pool was incredible. Just wish we could have controlled waterfalls. They were off pretty much the entire time we were outside and turned on at night.

Beautiful and stocked
The lodge is exactly as advertised, a fully stocked vacation home with every amenity you could need. However I refuse to give it 5 stars due to the thermostat. At over $1000 a night, having the thermostat locked and having customers reach out to the owners to have it changed is beyond ridiculous.

3-night stay. The property feels tired and dated. The pool was not available as advertised. Had to go purchase paper towels and tissues. Concerns the deck is buckling under the weight of the hot tub. Big home with plenty of room for our party of 7. Creepy camera monitor closet is located in the primary bathroom. Visited as the snow was melting off. Very muddy. I wouldn't recommend this property for parties with small children or elderly visitors who have any mobility challenges.

House is nice, needs updating.
The house is nice and the location and pool is perfect. For the price of the rental I would expect newer and cleaner kitchen items. Overall it was a great property to rent and I would rent again (next time bringing plastic utensils and a few other items). We did have the excitement of a snake in one of the bedrooms, but I would presume that is expected in the area! Any issues you can have at this house, the pool makes up for it.

Spacious and Peaceful
Red Roof Lodge is a beautiful, spacious home. The views of the mountains from the living area are spectacular. Sledding and cross country skiing are nearby, and Leavenworth was just 15 minutes from the Lodge. We parked at the top of the driveway as it was not passable with a 4wd truck and an experienced driver. The kids loved the pool table and the ping pong table. The hot tub was not as warm as we expected - the temperature was set too low. It would be helpful to have a "Cheat Sheet" for the TV in the living room. We look forward to coming back in the summer to use the incredible pool!

Resort on the Mountain
Well first off "WOW" the house and grounds are amazing! The view is difficult to explain, the valley and mountains in view are breathtaking and peaceful all the same time. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space or all in the same place. A game room we didn't know of was a pleasant surprise it had a pool table, foosball and ping pong tables. The swimming pool is next level, many resorts (really meaning most of them) don't have anything that compares to it. The deep end is 8-10 feet deep not exactly sure but I can touch an 8 foot ceiling in my house but couldn't reach the surface flat footed in the deep end. And the deep end is at least a third of the pool plenty to jump off waterfall or dive in from the end rock. Did I say waterfall? yup with mini river. Too much to describe must experience it to understand. Peaceful wonderful get away for my family I have no doubt you would enjoy too. Will be staying again for sure. Much better than a hotel or resort. Home away from home only better!
